Di pinapansin ingay sa tabi
Magulong kapaligiran
Sayo lang ang
tingin.

I flipped the book after reading the thirtieth page of it without making a sound after readin the whole page. I'm inside the library, it's our vacant time. Since I'm a senior high school student, we already have our own class schedule just like college students.

I'm already on my eleventh grade and i'm a STEM student, I don't exactly know why I chose this strand despite the fact that I'm really undecided about the course that I will pursue in college. Maybe, it's because I love thrills and challenges?

“Hey,”

I looked up only to see the most popular student here in junior high and senior high school department. The one who stole away what's left in me... my heart. I blinked for a couple of times before calming myself down and clearing my throat.

“What can I do for you?” I formally uttered.

“You're from 11 - STEM Justice, right?” She asked before settling down to a chair just in front of me.

I nodded my head in response. “Well, as you know... Our Philosophy teacher asked us to find someone named Astraea Walter from your section.” She said while tapping her fingers on the desk that made me furrow my brows.

What do they need from me?

“Can you please stop tapping your fingers on the table, Miss Humanista? You're disturbing other students.” I said monotonously that made her stop and chuckle awkwardly.

“Sorry about that, mannerisms. So, do you perhaps know Astraea Walter the president of STEM Justice?” She asked again.

I sighed heavily and closed the book that i'm currently reading before staring at her seriously using my pitch black eyes trying to not get affected by the undeniable beauty that she posses.

“What do you possibly need from me?” Nanlaki ang singkit nitong mga mata matapos iproseso ang mga binitawan kong salita.

“You're Astraea Walter?” She asked in disbelief and I nodded my head in response again.

“Uh, well... our Philosophy teacher will be absent for tomorrow and she wants you to send the PPT of your report last meeting to me.” She said but I remained rooted on my seat while admiring her appearance secretly using my dark pitch black eyes.

I've been appreciating and admiring her since junior high school in secret because she's just too far to reach. But why is our path crossing just now? Is this some kind of a plot twist in my life again or another tragedy?
