Chapter 10 (The ending)

On the other hand, when Rakha didn't attack Kavin, the cops and others got tired of waiting. Kavin went near Rishi and learnt that it was Purvi' plan to distract the cops in order to catch Rakha.

Kavin asked him about Purvi's whereabouts and he replied that he doesn't know her whereabouts. Kavin searched for her last location but her last location was her house.

Kavin and the whole CID team was puzzled now, especially Daya and Shreya.

'Aane do use vaapis, aise khabar lunga ki dobara akele kahi jaana toh bahut dur ki baat hai, aise risk lene ke baare mei kabhi sochegi bhi nahi vo..'
(Let her return, I will give her such a lesson that she will not think about going alone on such a dangerous operation..)

After that, they got busy collecting the information about the Dragon gang and finally they got to know about the factory. Kavin was mad on her as she left alone taking the risk. Everyone (CID) and Kavin, Dushyant and Ishita went to the factory and what they saw made them shocked to the core.

The factory was turned into ashes and they found 2 bodies, some blood on the floor and burnt things in the factory along with a small fire over a few places in all directions, making them aware that the factory turned into ashes sometime ago.

Kavin hoped that the body doesn't belong to Purvi. They collected the evidence and sent them to forensic lab for examination. Daya was heartbroken when he saw the bracelet pieces which belonged to Purvi. He hoped that Purvi didn't die, may be she was present at the factory and somehow her bracelet fell down.

Salunkhe and Dr. Tarika, the forensic experts came outside and they had a sad expression on their face. Daya asked Salunkhe about the results and he handed Daya a file. Daya opened the file and he saw that the DNA matched with that of Purvi and he fell down due to shock.

Everyone learnt the truth. Shreya was handling Daya and she didn't focus on Kavin. He was completely broken from inside. The bodies were burnt to ashes completely and Kavin on that day looked at the burning body.

'Mai bhul gaya tha ki tumhe safed baalon mei dekhne ke liye sirf mera jeena kaafi nahi balki tumhara jeena bhi zaroori tha.. Pagal ladki, us raat mai sirf tumhe distract nahi kar raha tha balki apni dil ki baat naye andaaz mei bol raha tha..'

(I forgot that to see you old, not only my long life matters but also your long life matters too.. Silly girl, on that night, I was not only distracting you but I told you my heartfelt words in a different way..)

'Mai us raat tumhe propose kar raha tha Purvi..' Kavin thought.

Time passed by but Shreya was focused on handling Daya and her own work. Kavin on the other hand resigned from his job and he went to Paris for a few years. Shreya insisted Kavin to return as she is missing him and also she has a good news to share.

Although Kavin wasn't interested in returning to India, he decided to come back as he doesn't want his sister to be upset. Kavin already knew the good news as Dushyant informed him that Shreya is pregnant. He sat on his seat and was looking outside the window remembering his jaan, his Purvi.

The flight took off and he was lost in his past remembering her. His heart still aches and he doesn't want anyone else in his life as his partner, especially as his wife except for her. He was so depressed and he didn't take meals properly. As a result weakness seeped in and he became skin and bones.

He came to his house and laid on the bed after freshening himself. He heard a noise and he assumed a theif barged in his house, he sighed and went to that direction and what he saw made him astonished. There was no one but the fridge door was open and the window too.
