A/n: sorry I'm running out of pictures that I can put on here but this is what Jane and clockwork make me wear (and I know you can't see the length so you can imagine the rest what the dress looks like yourself), and that's my reaction when Jeff suggested to play ____ __ _____. Ha ha did ya really think I'd spoil it. I'm also sorry if you don't like long chapters because this is gonna be the longest chapter in the whole book...... I think.
{Toby's pov}
"It's been a two days since Abbie came here and I don't think she's been properly welcome!", I exclaimed to slender.
"Child there is no need to yell I told you the first time if everyone pitches in on cleaning up the next day then I'm fine with it!", slender informed sternly.
"Do ya mean it!?".
"Yes child of coarse, we can invite jane and clockwork, it would be good for her to make some girl friends that are her age, in fact I'll go and get them now. I'll be back in an hour.", slender said.
"I'll go get Jeff and BEN to help decorate", and with that I was gone.
I went into the living room to find Jeff and BEN playing COD trying to beat Abbie's high score. I giggled a bit before confronting them "hey guys slender said we could have the party for Abbie!", I exclaimed. I seemed rather happy at first before I realised BEN and Jeff were laughing. "What's so funny!?!?".
"Oh...nothing", BEN said with a sly smirk.
"COME ON TELL ME!!!".
"Do you like Abbie?", BEN asked
"Yeah why?", I answered
"No do you 'like' like her", Jeff cut in
"...I..I..uh..umm", I hesitated but didn't know why DID I like her?
"IN YOUR FACE JEFF I TOLD YOU HE LIKED HER, YOU OWE ME A NEW VIDEO GAME!!!, BEN yelled mockingly.
"I'm gonna ignore you guys, but will you help me get the party ready or not?", I asked completely ignoring BEN
and Jeff's last comment.
"Sure why not, just make sure there are some chicks because last time when it was all guys it got kinda awkward", BEN said.
"Slender went out to get clockwork and jane, they should be here any minute", I told the guys, then strangely slender teleported into the room with clockwork and jane. "Good timing toby", Jeff said jokingly.
"I'll go introduce clockwork and jane to Abbie", I said leading them to Abbie's room, the girls seemed to just chat along the way which was ok I guess.
We soon stopped at her door I could here the music from the other side, what I didn't realise was the words in the song.
'If I wasn't here tomorrow would anybody care, if my time was up I'd wanna know you, you were happy I was there. If I wasn't here tomorrow would anyone lose sleep, if I wasn't hard and hollow then maybe you would miss me, I know I'm a mess and I wanna be someone, someone that I like better, I can never forget so don't remind me of it forever', I could tell she was sad, If she wasn't sad she'd be singing along even if the song was sad. I kept listening 'what if I had just pulled myself together would it matter at all, what if I had just tried not to remember would it matter at all'. The girls looked at me strangely I just ignored it and gave a light knock on the door
{Abbie's pov}
*thump thump* I heard a soft knock on the door and yelled "come in!". I paused my music before sitting up on the bed, toby along with two girls walked in.
One girl had a clock for an eye while the other was a fluorescent green, she had long messy dark brown hair and wore simple clothes including a white singlet and black jeans, while the other girl had completely blacked out eyes like something you'd see in a horror movie, she had silky black mid length hair and wore a short black dress with matching heels.
"Oh hey toby, sup?", I said.
"Oh nothing, well anyway this is clockwork and this is jane", he said while gesturing to them.
"Hi I'm Abbie, but wait a minute...toby what's the occasion?", I said with a simple wave.
"Occasion for what?", he said while scratching the back of his neck nervously.
"When I first came here you said something about clockwork being busy but maybe coming to visit on special occasions", I said putting my hands on my hips.
"Oh did I?", he said nervously. I raised my brow at him.
"Come on toby face it, the jig is up!", clockwork said.
"He's throwing a party for you", jane said not even caring that toby was shooting death glares at her.
"We're here to help you get ready", clockwork said while shooing toby away.
"Bye Abbie!!", toby yelled while being pushed. Clockwork slammed the door in his face. "Now let's get you ready", jane announced.
