When Roseangelica's family see her body hit the ground after her scream, they are shocked and stand there for a second only to snap out of it and run towards her.
''My baby''Her mother cries out shaking her body and trying to make her wake up.
They let out a gasp at the sight of the blood rushing from her nose and head and their faces immediately turns pale.
''Rosie please wake up''Natasha cries out her body trembling,Leonardo immediately pushes them away and picks up Roseangelica's body.
His hands tremble slightly and he starts running towards the car while barking orders at the bodyguards there.
''Get the car ready''Leonardo barks and instantly a bodyguard drives a car in front of them another opening the door.
''Call the hospital''Jack yells and enters the front part of the car while bringing out his phone.
Maria gets into the back side of the car.the others enter another car and soon the car zooms towards the hospital.
A bodyguard standing in the compound brings out his phone and dials a number a scared expression on his face.
His boss had warned them to look after the young madam and they were warned not to let anything happen to her.
They knew that if anything happened to her they were there to pay for it.
The call connects on the third ring and the bodyguard starts sweating,fear coating his features.
''King''The deep voice of Damien rings out from the other side of the phone and instantly dread fills the man.
''B-Boss''The man stutters rethinking his decision.
''Hmm''Damien grunts out waiting for the man to say what he is saying.
Slightly irritated by his lack of words Damien sighs in irritation.
''Speak''Damien spits out and the man sighs already surrendering to his faith.
''Sir I-I its ma-madam sh-''The man starts saying but is cut off by a sudden growl from Damien who suddenly stands up from his chair.
''What happened to my baby''Damien ask his voice tense.
''Sir,Something happened to madam and she has been rushed to the hospital''The man rushes out and Damien doesn't wait for him to finish as he instantly races towards his car while dialing different numbers.
Damien races towards his car like a madman and opens the door of his car before driving furiously breaking all rules of the road.
Fear grips his heart at thoughts of ever loosing her again.
He had lost her once and he isn't ready to loose her again.
Remembering how broken and shattered he was before he knew that if anything happens to her now that he is not ready to deal with it.
He might have been strong three years ago but he isn't now.
Reaching the hospital he rushes towards the receptionist his expression hagard and in disarray.
''Del Russo''He asks the woman who trembles from the aura emitting off the scary looking man.
She immediately points towards the direction of the ward she is in and Damien rushes towards the elevator.
At this moment all he can do is pray and hope that a power above is able to hear and save his love.
FLASHBACK
''Are you going to be with me forever'' she asks him starring right into his eyes.
His eyes soften at her question and he gazes lovingly at her his hands moving up to caress her cheeks gently.
she rests her cheeks on his hands welcoming his warmth.
''Till death cannot do us apart baby'' he whispers.
She looks into his eyes and she could see the sincerity in his gaze and she smiles.
