7. Ignore or Acknowledge

Nanon kept pacing in his room the next evening after Ryu and Theo laughed and told him about all that he did and said yesterday.

It's not like he doesn't remember. But he did not want to think about it.

Meeting a person for the first time, getting drunk in their first meeting, and then drunkenly kissing them without even knowing their sexuality in front of the people they know is...

Nanon slumped on his bed, embarrassed and pulling his hair.

His phone buzzed for the fourth time, flashing Savior-O's name and number on screen.

Nanon immediately hid his face in his palms and peeked at the phone from between his fingers till it rang and stopped.

"Seriously?" Ryu asked, raising his brows after seeing off Theo.

"Please." Nanon was annoyed. "You go and check the office space. I will join you tomorrow. Leave me alone."

Ryu smirked and walked up to Nanon. "Listen. Stop panicking."

"How can I?"

Ryu pushed him down on the bed and sat besides him. "First, let's sort your thoughts. Did you do that because you liked him in the first meeting or because you liked him from the first meeting?"

Nanon paused and recalled the charming face, broad smile, and friendly aura. His heartbeat accelerated, and he felt a tingle in his stomach.

But afraid to accept any feeling that may hurt him in the future, he swallowed the lump in his throat and pressed his lips. "I am not sure." He almost whispered.

"The fact that he is calling you after all that may be an indication that he does not dislike it."

Nanon met Ryu's eyes. The sudden hope of an unknown wish warmed his heart.

When Ryu read his friend's expression, he was sure that the dilemma was strong. So he smiled at Nanon and patted his shoulder once before getting up. "You better face it instead of hiding in your cocoon."

Nanon watched his friend's back, unable to process anything, and then, when his phone rang again, he turned it on to silent mode.

He decided to ignore what could complicate his life in a way that could never be undone.

Ohm and Rob left the office later than usual as Rob turned to Ohm. "Shall we go for the usual?"

Ohm checked the time and looked at Rob. "I need to go see someone."

"Isn't that project thing done?" Rob asked, perplexed.

Ohm sighed and recalled the kiss that had been haunting him since the day before.

Nanon collapsed in his arms after kissing him. He still remembers Nancy's and others' expressions. As Ryu pulled Nanon into his arms and muttered a sorry on his behalf, Ohm was still unable to understand what happened to him.

Rob is bisexual and is dating a guy. And Ohm never felt weird about it. Ohm has never dated a guy. But he does recall having a crush on a few male celebrities.

He questioned himself and decided not to overthink it.

But the fact that he did not dislike the kiss speaks for itself.

"I need to see him, though." Ohm said plainly, looking at something distant or more like thinking.

However, Rob was not able to understand what it was about; the way Ohm said it made Rob immediately comprehend that it was definitely not about the project.

So, he nodded and decided to let his friend resolve the matter until he felt like sharing it with him. "Alright, I'll see you later then."

Ohm rode his bike, lost in his thoughts. All he knows is that a guy whom he had genuine fun with kissed him in front of his ex, the ex who suddenly left his thoughts after Nanon came into his life, and after kissing him in front of so many people, he is now ignoring him.

This is unacceptable.

He cannot take it.

He decided to acknowledge the unknown that would come out of this situation.
