Samuel's POV.

The first day of class was...an interesting one to say the least. I woke up, got ready, and got dressed. I asked Kamilla for advice on which shirt to wear, then decided on a simple white button down that I paired with some black jeans and converse.

Not 10 minutes later, Kamilla walked in wearing only a bra. I was shocked, but I was only playing. Us being shirtless around each other wasn't new. We were used to it. I just liked to tease.

We didn't eat breakfast, so by the time I got to my first class, I was starved. I could barely focus during class, but I managed to make a friend. Danny wanted to be an interior designer mostly because it paid well, but he was also good at designing.

I was good at designing too, but I was in it because I enjoyed it. I loved how you can take someone's vision and make it come to life. How you can completely change a room with just a few things. An old living room can be brightened up by new wallpaper and a new couch. An old kitchen can look new with brand new appliances, counters, and a new backsplash.

I discovered interior design when I was 8. I was at the dentist and they were playing a home improvement show. The lady who was designing the place had this app where she could place furniture, choose wallpaper and flooring, and also decorations. I thought it was one of the coolest things I'd ever seen. Next to cars of course.

I asked my mom that same day if I could get a tablet so I could download an app like that. I spent almost every waking hour on my tablet. If I wasn't in school, I was on my tablet. If I wasn't playing with Kam, I was on my tablet. I was even on it during dinner even though there was no electronics at the table.

I designed 13 homes by the time I was 10. 8 were homes, 5 were mansions. I've upgraded my tablet since then, but I keep all of my designs on a USB drive. Kam loves seeing my designs. Whenever I design a new place, she always has a story for it and the characters are never far behind.

I met Kam's new friend Georgia and got hit on by some girl. Now, normally I wouldn't shy away from a little flirting, but for some reason I slipped my hand into Kam's and I word vomited. I called her my girlfriend, she kissed my cheek, and when the girl made a "call me" sign, I didn't give her a second glance. The moment Kam kissed my cheek, everything between us felt different.

In case I hadn't made it clear, I'm in love with her. I have been ever since I saved her from drowning. Have I ever told her? No. Does she love me back? Also no. Am I sure she doesn't love me back? Still no.

There was a time when I thought we would get together, but then Joseph caught her eye and I was back to just being a friend.

Now, back to our first day. After lunch, I headed to music class. I played the guitar. Acoustic, of course. And I also play drums.

So, for class I chose to learn more about the drums and then switch to guitar after 2 years. You had to choose which instrument you wanted to play for the class and you could switch halfway through or keep the same one for all four years.

I met a few people there, got a few numbers, and created a new melody. I would come up with the lyrics later. Once that class was over, I headed over to my business class and saw someone I knew. Well, I didn't really know her. It was the girl who flirted with me earlier.

'We didn't get to properly introduce ourselves. I'm Karlie. Karlie Stevenson.' She held her hand out to me and I shook it, hesitantly. 'Samuel James, but you can call me Sam.'

She tried to flirt with me the whole time, but I had a fake girlfriend so I had to keep up appearances. She was totally my type though. Red hair, tall, small waist, nice rack, and blue eyes. I'd give it a week before I told her Kamilla and I broke up(even though we were never together)before I worked my magic.
