Kamilla's POV.
Today was one of my favorite days of the year. Halloween. Sammy got invited to a party while he was out a couple weeks ago. So, Kate and I decided to go shopping for our costumes today. But first, I had to get through three classes.
I woke up at 6 and got ready for school. I used the bathroom, brushed my teeth, and brushed my hair into a ponytail. Afterwards, I wrapped it into a bun. I put on my bright yellow double headband that I customized. I painted it yellow and added sunflowers on the bands. Once it was secure, I put on some black teardrop earrings and the matching necklace. I smoothed down my dress and grabbed my bag and phone. I slipped on my boots and walked out of my room.
I waited for Sammy by the door and a few minutes later, he walked out. We left the house and headed over to Starbucks for breakfast. We ordered our regular coffees, one double-smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich(for him)and one bacon, sausage, and egg wrap(for me). Once we got our order, we sat down at a table and took our food. We ate our breakfast as we talked about school and the party later.
'Do you know who's throwing the party?' 'You know Karlie? The one with the red hair we met at lunch.' I almost choked as soon as he said that. 'No way. That red-headed devil is throwing the party? Fuck.' He looked shocked, and then he laughed. 'How do you know she's a devil?' 'She said it. I got a higher score on a test than her, big whoop, on a subject she's really good at and I'm decent at. After class, she came up to me and said "Congratulations. But don't think just because you passed one test that you're better than me. I am the devil you'll never know. Remember that." Then, she walked away with her goons.' He looked down and shook his head, laughing. 'She actually said that?' 'Yes, she actually did.'
I did not want to see that RHD(red-headed devil)in class today, but alas, there she was. Sitting at her table with her three goons. Ashley, Ainsley, and Audrey. I could feel their eyes on me as I walked into class and sat next to Kate. Our teacher walked around telling us about the importance of never using too many textures or fabric types at once. Once she was done, she gave us two sheets of paper on the subject. On the first paper we had to match which fabric would go with another texture. On the second sheet we had to explain why the matches of fabric and textures were wrong.
