Day With The Daughter

Around 11 everyone had to go and I was stuck doing nothing for the rest of the day. Then Tiff- Mom, came up to me and proposed an idea. "Since we're not doing anything for the rest of the day so you want to go to the mall?" T- mom asked. "Yeah, sure," I said. Friendly reminder: your idol is now your mom, I told myself. Honestly it felt really surreal. That past few days have gone by in the blink of an eye. I got the main part in the school play, I got adopted by my idol, I found out my friend got adopted by her idol, I had a really great day in general with my friends, and my crush and his friends, and I found out that one of my favorite YouTube channels are my crush. It feels so surreal. All of this is happening to quickly. Anyways, mom and I got into the car and drove to the mall. The mall was about 10 minutes to the house. The whole ride I just looked out the window. The ride felt short because there was no traffic. When we got to the mall we went to the food court to get some lunch. "What do you want for lunch?" Tif- Mom said. I still think it's amazing that I got adopted by my idol. "I'll have Chick-fil-a," I told her. We were about to walk over to Chick-fil-a then Mom was stopped by a fan, "Hey are you iHasCupquake?" The girl asked excitedly, "Yeah," Ti- mom said. "Ohmigosh, I am a huge fan, and you're Calypso right?" She said pointing at me, I was surprised she knew me, I was on one of Cupquake's videos though. I nodded, "Actually I was just a fan of her once," I told the fan. "Really?" She asked. I nodded. "Well I'm Sarah, nice to meet you," Sarah said. Then she started talking to Tiffany again. "This is kinda embarrassing to ask but can you sign my hat?" Sarah asked shyly, "Sure," Tiff said. "Also can you sign it Calypso?" She asked me. "Really?" I asked, she nodded. I signed her hat quickly. "Okay, bye!" Sarah said. "Wait!" I quickly said, "Can I have your Twitter?" Sarah's eyes widened. She quickly gave me her Twitter then said goodbye. I never knew that fans were that nice, or maybe we got lucky. In the line we ran into another fan of Tiff, she didn't recognize me so I just zoned out. I just got a few chicken strips and a lemonade. We stopped a few times because fans noticed Tiff. I feel so weird saying fans, I would prefer to call them friends. I guess I'll call them that. "So you said you were a fan of me?" Tiff said. "Yeah," I replied. Tiff smiled, "It's nice to know my daughter knew me before I knew her, personally," I know T- wait have I been thinking Tiffany this whole time? I mean mom hates calling her fans fans too. I feel like I'm calling them peasants or something, I just hate it. We turned into Forever 21 because Mom wanted some clothes and I was just here to look at the accessories. Once inside the shop T- Mom and I split up, I went straight to look for the beanies. I couldn't find it at first and almost asked an employee but chickened out because of my awkwardness. I finally found them, they had a few colors, blue, green, white, and red. While I was looking at the beanies a guy much older than me said to his friend sarcastically "girls would totally like these Mario socks right?" I couldn't resist but say, "Yes that's what every girl wants, you figured it out," "Yeah, I know right. Every girl wants these," he said. I was still deciding which color I should get. I finally decided on green because it matched my hair. Tiff, mom and I met up at the cash register to pay. I feel kinda guilty that I didn't have any allowance to pay for my beanie. We both wanted to go into GameStop to get games and stuff. I wanted a 3Ds but I kept that to myself. I started looking at the plushies, I spotted the one I was looking for. It was a plushie Fennekin. We went up to the register to pay, Tif- Mom got Just Dance for the Xbox, well there was probably going to be a video. Next since I wanted to we went to Hot Topic. There I got a bunch of wrist bands and a cute t-shirt. We were stopped by some friends a lot while we were shopping. I also got some cute new galaxy converse. The drive home wasn't that long because there was still not a lot of traffic. When we got home I put all the stuff next to my desk and laid down on my bed. My idols are my parents.
