Calypso's POV
Today's a Monday, yay. After a fun weekend I get to go back to school. I got out of bed and put on my 'uniform.' It's not really uniform, it doesn't even look like uniform. It's just I always wear it. I'm wearing a flowy black shirt that says "Too Cool 4 You" in white. I also had plain white shorts on. I quickly brushed my hair, grabbed my backpack, and ran downstairs. I ran out of the house, not expecting any breakfast. In the orphanage they didn't give us any breakfast before school. Right before I ran out Mom stopped me. "Where are you going? You haven't had breakfast," "oh," I said. She handed me a piece of toast. "Thanks mom," I said, wait I said mom. I grabbed the toast and turned around. "I'll eat this on the way there," I said. "Okay, goodbye," Mom said. I rushed out of the house, toast in my mouth. Cordelia and I agreed to meet each other to walk to school. The way isn't familiar so we're walking with each other. I saw Cordelia walking towards me. "Hello anime girl," she said referring to the toast in my mouth. I took the toast out of my mouth. "Shut up peasant," I said. "I'm not a peasant," Cordelia argued. "Yes you are," I said sassily. "Well then," Cordelia said. I took a bite of my toast, "so which way," I asked as we came across a turn. "Right, I think," Cord said. "We're so gonna get lost," I sighed. "No," Cord said unsure. After about 30 minutes we walked into the school people were still in the hallways so I assumed the bell hadn't rung yet. Cord and I were in different homerooms so we went our separate ways. I walked in, only a few people weren't here. Someone was sitting where I usally say, whatever, I just sat in the seat right next to him. I hadn't seen him around so I guessed he was new. I found it a little weird that he started a few weeks into the school year, probably moving and stuff. He had messy jet black hair with a feather in it. (A/N:Feadurrrrrrrrrrrrr) Unusual for a guy but my friend has natural blue hair so I won't judge. He had tan skin and soft black eyes, he looked pretty cool because he was wearing a Supernatural shirt. "Hello!" I said to him. I wasn't really shy when meeting new people. "Hi," he said, he had an Australlian accent so I assumed he's from Australia. "So I see you like Supernatural," I said. "Yeah," he said. "You seem cool, whats your name," "Er... Lucas, but you can call me Luke," he said. I laughed, "You have to think about you're name?" I asked as a joke, he blushed lightly, obviously embaressed. 'He was kinda cute when he blushed' my subconcious thought. But not as cute as Cato, I thought. "That's good, I have a friend name Lucas, and we call him Lucas. He's actually in this class" I pointed to Lucas at the back of the room. "That would be confusing," Luke said. The bell rang and just as the teacher walked in. Homeroom wasn't class or anything, it was just annoncements. "Good morning everyone, today we have a new student," The teacher said, "Lucas please stand up," I looked back at Lucas to see if he was confused, un-supprisingly he was. Luke stood up, "It's Luke," he said. "I'm sorry, Luke," The teacher said in a sarcastic tone, "Why don't you tell the class you're name, where you're from, and something interesting about you," "1, I just did, my name is Luke, 2, I'm from Australia, and 3, I like Supernatural, if you didn't see my shirt," He was being so sassy, unlike how he just was with me. The teacher told him to sit down and said all the announcements, just the normal, no assemblys, field trip next week, blah blah blah. Finally the bell rang, I went to my locker to get my books for the next class. I saw Luke at the next set of lockers trying to open the lock, he was struggling. I walked up behind him and said, "First twist it right, go all the way back to zero, and countinue twisting it left, then go to zero and countinue right," "Sorry they didn't have these locks at my school," Luke said, back to being shy. "Hey, do you know where the Science room is?" He asked me. "Yeah, it's not my next class but the classroom is close to the one my class is in. I'll walk you there," "Thanks," He rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. "So what music do you listen to?" I asked him. Generally one of the first things I ask people. "I listen to Blink-182 and Green Day," Luke said. "Cool, never heard of them though," I said. Luke sighed, "I thought you were cool," "I am," I said putting my hand on my chest as a joke. "I'll show you them one day," Luke said. "Hey by any chance do you have tumblr?" I asked, I don't normally ask that but he seems the type of person to have tumblr. "Yes, I do, but how do I know you won't stalk me?" Luke asked. "You don't," I said as a joke, "I don't want your username anyways what I post on tumblr stays on tumblr," I said. "Okay, but if you want me I'm Forever--Destiel," Luke said. "Of course," I joked. "Oh shut up, this is the class right?" He pointed at the science class room. "Yeah, I gotta go the bells about to ring. Bye," I said as I dashed off to my class, even if it was only right across, I liked to be the first in class.
--time skip to lunch-
I grabbed my lunch and headed to the courtyard. My friends and I always sit here. I sat there just as Cordelia and Vanessa got here. "Hello guys, I have news," I said when they say down. "What?" Vanessa asked excitedly. "There is a new kid, his name is Lucas but he goes by Luke," I said. "That's cool, why'd he start a few weeks into school though?" Cordelia asked. "Moving probably, he's from Australia," I said. "An Australian, eh," I heard a familiar voice say from behind me. I couldn't figure out who it was. I turned around to see my friend from 2nd grade, Tessa! "I never would've thought you were into Australians," Tessa said eyeing Luke. "He was in my science class," "Tessa. Why didn't you tell me you were here?" I said in a fake angry voice as I hugged her. "And it's not like that I have a crush on," I started to whisper, "ooo, you have a crush on blondie," Tessa said. I could tell this year was going to be interesting with her back.
