I. Cant. Run.

Calypso's POV
I got home from school and went to my room. I put my backpack on my bed and pulled out my homework. I sat down on my desk and started my homework. Find x, your ex isn't coming back.
-time skip to after homework-
I finally finished my homework. I decided to log on to Skype. Cordelia had set one up also. It said she was online so I clicked on her profile. "Hi" I typed. I pressed send. I immediately got a reply. "Hi!" Cord said. "Hey dude wanna come over?" Cord asked. "Nah man, I was just about to go to Tess' I was wondering if you wanted to come," I said. "Yeah sure, come to my house I need to ask my dad first tho" "k den I asked my mom" I pressed send. I closed my laptop and grabbed my iPod. I quickly looked in the mirror. I was wearing a long tank and a white beanie. I ran downstairs and dashed out the door. Cord was already waiting outside her house. "That was quick," I said. "I could say the same for you," Cord said. "Touché, now leggo! Her house is 15 minutes from here," I said. I grabbed Cord by the hand and started running. She immediately let go because I was too fast for her. "Your too fast," Cordelia pouted. "Suck it up and run so we can get there in 5," I said. "But I can't run faster than you," Cord crossed her arms. "You'll always have me in sight there's few turns," I pointed out, "I'm not getting out of this am I," Cord sighed, I shook my head. I started running without warning. I was really fast. Turns out there was a lot of corners. Oh well, Cord didn't get lost. When we arrived Cord was panting so hard, "Why. Are. You. So. Fast?" Taking breathes between every word. I couldn't stop laughing, "How. Are. You. Not. Tired?" Cord asked. I shrugged, "I'm fit," Cord started coughing, I swear I heard a not in there. "Well anyways, what are we waiting for? Ring the bell," I said, honestly I was eager to see my best friend for more than a lunch period. "Okay!" Cord rang the bell. I heard a bunch of footsteps then her brother came to the door. He opened the door "She's in the shower," he immediately recognized me. "No, she's not. I just texted her," I hadn't actually texted her but you can hear her shower from downstairs, at the moment you couldn't. "Sure, go check her room,"
He said sarcastically. He motioned for me to come in. He honestly just hates me. I walked up to Tessa's room, she was sitting on her bed with her computer. "Boo!" I whispered in her ear. She wasn't even fazed, all she did was look at me with a straight face and said, "such scare," then we all started laughing. "Oh hey Cordelia," Tessa said finally noticing Cordelia. "Call me Cord," Cord said. "So do you and Luke have a thing?" Tessa said jokingly. "No actually Cato and I," I blushed. "Oooooooooohhhh," Tessa said. I facepalmed.
