First Kiss

The Fright Zone

Night-time

Characters are in there teen years

it was dark in the fright zone all trainees were asleep by now all but Catra of course who had something on her mind that kept her from sleep "Adora?" Catra whispered laying on her side of the bed that her and Adora shared "hey Adora you awake?" she whispered not wanting to wake everyone up "yeah? what is it?" Adora spoke, Catra smiled hearing her voice she had guessed Adora would be awake she wasn't one for relaxation "i was just wondering" catra moved to the other side of the bed until she was face to face with Adora who looked so beautiful in the dark "do- do you know what kissing is?" Adora raised one of her eyebrows "kissing?" catra then swallowed feeling a warm sensation run across her face and she felt her breath tighten "w-well i heard some of the guys t-talking about it today and-" catra felt herself shake a bit she felt so nervous for some reason and adora caught onto that quick , they were best friends after all "are you alright catra?" Adora said with concern and placing a hand on catra's arm and catra felt herself calm down a bit at Adora's touch "yeah i- i just feel strange talking about this for some reason but anyway kissing is- is apparently when two people touch there lips together" adora then looked at Catra with a strange expression "that sounds odd" catra smiled "thats exactly what i thought too!- but-" Catra didn't understand why she felt so strange with adora, her face was so close to hers it felt unbearable but in a pleasant way "its is strange but- i- can we- well i was wondering if- if we could maybe" Catra then took in a breath and her eyes wondered away from adora "try it?" Adora's face went red immediately "i- i can't see why not" Adora stared into Catra's eyes feeling an odd sensation come through her as if there was something crawling around in her stomach "um how does it work exactly?" catra then shrugged "i'm not- i'm not exactly sure but-" Catra then placed a hand on Adora's cheek "i think its supposed to go something like this" Catra then closed her eyes and leaned into Adora placing her lips on Adora's lips, both started feeling a very odd sensation from it and catra then pulled away immeditely both just stared at each-other not saying a word till "that felt weird" Catra said with a hint of laughter, Adora then smiled feeling her laughter coming up "yeah so weird" the two of them both tried hard to not laugh but couldn't help seeing each other trying not to,  catra then hid her face on adora's shoulder giggling "why do people do that?" Adora then said "i don't know there must be some kind of reason for it" Catra then lifted her head and sat up "i mean i guess" catra then looked away "it felt strange but in some weird way it- it felt kinda nice" adora then sat up as well "it- yeah it kinda did" catra then turned her head to adora and again both there faces were so close catra wondered if she should try another kiss "we should get some sleep we have training first light" adora said, catra then looked down "oh yeah training" she said trying to hide her disappointment "well goodnight catra" adora said laying back down as catra went back to ther end of the bed "goodnight adora"
