So, the first fanfiction on this site, and others—mostly this one—is about out-of-character betrayals. First off, after Season 3, you can't even make any of the girls in Issei's harem betray him because, after he died or was presumed dead by Rias's peerage, they went full-on rage mode. Rias herself was going to destroy everything; even Sona was scared, trying to calm her down. The other girls were enraged too. Akeno used her full-power Holy Lightning, Xenovia was cutting Fenrir, and everyone was either crying, angry, or both. You can't fake emotions. So, instead of creating fanfiction that doesn't make sense, how about using Raynare, a person who actually betrayed him, and Issei didn't even want to kill her.
News flash: Issei going emo isn't cool; it's bad and goes against the funny pervert we all know and love. His powers literally come from touching Rias's breasts. The fact that you think Rias, a person who would be down to be humiliated by letting a man touch her publicly, would betray said man is stupid.
