As Tamaki walked in the Classroom, it was slightly loud due to chatter in the background but it didn't really matter. Tamaki sat down in an empty seat and started fidgeting with his sleeve. He didn't want to tug onto the uniform too aggressively but he was kinda already doing what he wasn't supposed to do. As he fidgeted, He was staring at the whiteboard that was in front of him which marked the room number only. He noticed his teacher sitting at the desk just writing down notes and not really paying attention to the class. For a bit Tamaki thought to himself, "Is this year actually going to be decent?" He hoped it was, because he didn't want to suffer any longer. He wanted to make at least one friend and hope to be friends with them for the rest of his High School, orwell Secondary School career. Soon enough, The Belove got bored of staring at the wall for the next 5 or so minutes so he looked at his classmates. They were all similar, some had British Accents, and Tamaki could notice that some were from other places too. It felt relieving but then again, Nobody knew Tamaki was from America. It was the Russian Accent that threw everything off, Especially for Takami. It was weird since they both grew up in America, but since the two were raised around Russians, were taught to speak Russian before English, and went for a trip to Russia every so often growing up, It just grew on them. Hopefully Tamaki and Takami weren't the only Russian kids in the school though, Takami wouldn't care.. Even though Tamaki would. Time was ticking fast and soon enough class would've started which meant, time for Tamaki to suck it up.
"Alright, So. Hello everyone, I am—" His teacher would've started talking and everyone paid their attention to him. He wasn't a tall teacher, more like around 6 '0.. which is sorta about Takami's height. He had on a white collar shirt, light brown sweater and again, the same color tie as Tamaki and the rest of the males in school. Tamaki assumed that the dress code was applied to them, but not fully. Maybe they had to wear the same color tie, but not the same color sweater and or blazer.
"Okay. We're gonna assign seating and then I want you guys to introduce yourselves. I don't want you guys talking over me, So you gotta whisper if you wanna chat." The teacher's voice was firm and raspy, he was pretty old but not too old like a senior citizen. Either way Tamaki kept his attention on him and was looking at the little details about him. He had glasses in the left pocket of his pants, little cufflinks to his dress shirt, and he also had a pin on his light brown sweater.
As the teacher went around assigning everyone's seats, Tamaki just stared at the students because he finally finished studying his teacher's looks, but soon he had to study his personality next which might be easier for The Belove.
"Tamaki Belove, and uh." The teacher spoke out as he pointed at the desk which was in the third row back to the left. It startled Tamaki as his eyes jolted to the teacher since he thought he was in trouble.
"Ha-Jun Lee." He finally finished as he went to the next row.
"Ha-Jun." Tamaki thought to himself. "Sounds like a Korean name." ... Well, that means Tamaki's parents were right about there being different cultures at the school. But, It seemed to be more diverse in America because it was the 'land of the free' after all. Tamaki pulled his chair out and sat down as he fidgeted with his sleeve once more. He looked for the student who was supposedly assigned to sit next to him, in the crowd of people in the classroom. Soon enough he did show up. His hair was brunette, but a lighter shade then The Belove's, Freckles, brown eyes, a small smile, he looked about Tamaki's height, and was indeed in the Asian Spectrum. Tamaki was as-well but it's hard to tell since his genetics were mainly his fathers. As this 'Ha-Jun' kid sat down, Tamaki speculated that he was also a quiet kid and not the social type of person. Luckily for both of them, They don't have to speak unless they're assigned too.
A few moments went by and the teacher was nowhere near finished to assign seats because he was making adjustments all over again. Tamaki just wanted to leave the class already but he couldn't do much about it and his anxiety was just all over the place which was driving him insane.
"Well, he's going to take a while but, Hey! I'm Ha-Jun!" The brunette Korean boy introduced himself to Tamaki.
"Huh- Who are you talking—" Tamaki was startled since he noticed the boy had a lot of energy. He tried to avoid the fact he was socially anxious because he wasn't ready to be bullied for it, quite yet. especially when he's new.
"Oh? Well I'm talking to you silly! Sorry if I didn't make that clear." The boy smiled. His smile was soft and delicate. Tamaki's heart fluttered slightly as his anxiety was still not fully calmed down.
"Oh, Yeah.. Sorry. Uhm.. I'm Tamaki. But you can call me Tam if it's easier." Tamaki managed to stumble out. His mind raced with the thought of 'Are you crazy??' . Nobody has ever called Tamaki by his nickname before but only Takami. Sometimes Takami took that nickname and called Tamaki, 'Tami' which was something they hated. Either way he hasn't heard that nickname since middle school.
"Oh! Well then, You can call me Jun! Some people do since Ha-Jun is rather long." His table partner giggled.  Tamaki felt slightly overwhelmed since he didn't know what to say. He was an extremely socially awkward person who couldn't hold a conversation.
"It's okay if you don't wanna talk, I understand! You seem overwhelmed. You okay?" Jun asked as he turned over, facing Tamaki. Tamaki just awkwardly nodded and smiled.
"Yeah, I'm fine." He didn't want to admit to his social anxiety because he didn't know how people would've acted. It was more of a personal secret then going crazy and telling everyone because people would think you're faking it.
"Okay! Cool!!" Jun grinned as the teacher finally started to speak again and tell everyone the rules and guidelines. For the rest of the period it was just ice breakers and the typical get to know you stuff so Tamaki was really focused into making that perfect.
