An entire month has passed since Emi has joined the 'R' group. In a single month, her life has changed in many ways. Whether it was the fact she wasn't living alone any longer, or it was the mare fact she came to spend her every waking hour with other people, it was a huge change... But it wasn't nearly as insufferable as she thought it would be.

Mordre was a quiet type, she only ever talked when it was necessary. Something about her was mature, even more so when compared to the others... Sometimes Emi wondered why she turned out that way, after all she was barely older than Salvalon... But whatever it was, it wasn't Emi's business. She was 'a reasonable person', as Emi came to think of her and so she wasn't bad company.

Roobeck was short tampered when it came to Salvalon, but with Emi and the rest he was surprisingly calm. Emi pitied Roobeck for being the only male living with a group of girls, well there was the 'freak' of course but Emi didn't particularly count him as male, or a demon, or anything really... He just didn't count. Either way Emi was surprised and glad to find that Roobeck was very easy to hold a conversation with.

Salvalon was childish and really talkative, the type Emi usually despised... but when she was silent there was a weird feeling that something was missing, so Emi had no choice but get used to the noise. That and when Thomas was away, Salvalon was more than an incoherent noise source and could actually be spoken with... She had a strange talent of getting people to talk, get angry or laugh whenever she wished, without the person even realizing it happened- a talent Emi has found to be very special and interesting to watch.

And the 'freak' well... Thomas was a perfect amalgamation of everything Emi hated. He always talked, joked, laughed, smiled... Emi didn't have anything against happy people, but something about him was... just too much. So much that she regretted joining the group any time he opened his mouth... As if that wasn't bad enough, it seemed as though he was aware of that and annoyed her even more on purpose. Emi learnt to ignore him more and more, refusing to let Thomas see through her.

She pushed her composure to its limits. Whatever game the 'freak' was playing, she was going to beat him at it.

"Hey Roze...~" Thomas muttered, half asleep.

"What do you want...?"

"Jus' wonderin'... D'yu have family or somethn'...?"

"None of your business. And don't talk to me while you're tired, you're even more difficult to understand than the usual." Emi huffed.

The rest went to check on the northern district, leaving Emi and Thomas to watch over the dungeon-like room. Emi was stuck with the 'freak' for an entire day now, and it was the most annoying thing she's ever had to deal with in her entire life.

Thomas has been quiet for a while and Emi assumed that he dozed off to asleep, she thought she'll finally get some rest... but looks like he had other plans in mind.

[Oh c'mon... Just shuddup, will ya'...] She sighed, fighting the urge to slice his throat open.

"Agh Roze don've t'be s'mean..." Thomas said, his voice getting quieter with each word, as though he was falling asleep mid talking.

"I told you to stop talking while you're tired..." Emi said, taking a deep breath. She wasn't even going to try and understand what the 'freak' has just said...

Silence.

[Ugh finally, goddamnnit... Thought this moment won't ever come...] Emi smiled tiredly.

["D'yu have family or somethn'...?"] The 'freak's question repeated in her mind.
