As Sun woke up from his sleep, he didn't recognize where he was at first, until he felt Moon's arms wrap about his body again. 'I'm in Moon's house!!' He thought to himself in a panic. 'Why am I here??' He looks around, frantically. He wriggles out of Moon's arm, and backs himself against the cold, stone wall. He looks around for an exit as fast as he can, but only spots the main exit. He was in an unknown location after all, and didn't know his way back to the Sirens Peek.

He was so lost in panic, he didn't even feel the wire around his tail tug when he tried to swim to the exit. Something was caught on it, and it caused his scales to break off, and blood drifted through the water. He finally felt the pinch of the wire, and looked back to see his tail bleeding. 'FUCK!! That's going to wake up Moon!' He began to search for what the wire was caught on, but he couldn't find it. He did find a sharp object, however, and began to try and cut the wire off. He almost broke it, until he felt a tap on his shoulder, and froze out of instinct.

"Need help, Sunshine?" Moon's voice calls. Sun quickly turns his head, and stares into the eyes of the Shark. "I-I, no, uhm. I-..." sun stammers. Moon then inspects the wire on Sun's tail. It was coated in fishing weights, and it looked like it was lodged into the bright Siren's tail. "How did this happen?" Moon asks, and he grabs the top of the wire. Sun's skin must have grown over it, cause it looked like it was a part of him. "Oh...uhm" Sun didn't really feel comfortable sharing the story, but he knew he had to.

"I was swimming around, then my tail brushed against some rocks, piercing the wire through my skin and tissue. I-I haven't been able to get it out since." Sun hugged his skinny body. Moon felt bad. "Have you tried yanking it out? Or cutting it out?" He tilts his head. Sun looked shocked. "Why would I cut it out?!" He backed away, but Moon still had a grip on the tip of the wire, and it pulled. Sun winces in pain as he feels the wire tugging on his sensitive skin. (A/N: art banner is this)

"We should cut this out. I don't think it's good to keep a wire in your body-" Moon grabbed a knife, and placed it on Sun's skin. Sun, in a panic, pushed his tail down, away from the knife. This only made the wire pull more, and Sun yelps in pain, grabbing the wire.

"Either I'm cutting this thing out, or I'm pulling it out." Moon glared, his red pupils easing on Sun's white eyes.

"No! No, please!! It-it's fine! Really!! Uhm.." Sun tried to think of an excuse to not have the wire cut out of his body, but he did want it out. It would catch, and squeeze his tail on occasion. "Fine. Just...cut carefully." He took his hands off the wire, and braced for a cut. Moon nods, and eases the sharp knife into Sun's scaly flesh.

He cut around the wire, and eased it out of Sun's tail. About 3 inches of the wire was in his tail. Sun felt a sudden relief when the wire was pulled out, and relaxed all his muscles. "That wasn't as painful as I thought it'd be, actually." He admits.

"Good." Moon sets the knife on the table, and grabs some seaweed and puts it on the wound. He unwraps the wire from Sun's tail, and finds where it was snagged on. An old metal plate from the Human world.

Moon often collects human things.

Moon pulled the other end of the wire out of Sun's tail, and only a bit of blood came out. "Feel better, Sunny?" He hums. Sun nods in response. "Oh! Can you help me get home...? I-I don't know my way around your territory.." Sun gave a pleading look to Moon. "Yeah, sure." Moon grabs Sun's hand, and guides him out of his cavern. "Thank you, by the way..." Sun say's, looking at Moon. "Don't mention it." Moon went back to being an overall edge lord.

Deep down, Sun knew this guy was more than an edgy person. He knew Moon had a secret soft side, but he couldn't pinpoint what that soft side was.
