As I walked downstairs, I could feel the cold wind touching my skin.
I could feel my knees trembling as I slowly reached the end of the stairs.
Me, wearing my pajamas.
I felt chilled to the bone, with sweat dripping down my face.
A gunshot's echo still resonated in my ear when I noticed our mansion's main door ajar.
I saw two people running so fast outside the mansion.
Two people and both of them are mysterious—wearing masks.
Both..
Both of them were so creepy.
And...
They both had guns.
I-I can't identify their faces since they're wearing masks. Their faces were hidden behind creepy red dragon masks.
As when the two disappeared from my sight. I saw another two shadows of unknown people; this time, I knew that they're not the ones wearing masks. They're just very mysterious— more mysterious than those two wearing masks.
Now it's confirmed, it's not only two intruders who came in here, it was four of them. But I know that those four aren't connected to each other because the other group wore masks, and the other didn't.
When they're all gone.
There I saw both of my parents lying on the cold tile of our mansion. Full of blood on their bodies, and as I run towards both of them...
That's when I confirmed that...
they were both..
lifeless.
