ARES MELLARK, had never been someone who loved. He wasn't loved by many in District 12. He was Peeta's twin, but unlike Peeta, he wasn't the type to show emotions or talk about himself. People saw him as cold and distant, and they never really tried to get to know him better. Most people didn't even try to get close to him, probably scared by the way he acted around people.
