A View from the Top
Isabelle and the others were waiting in the park when Rio and his men showed up.
"Outta what?" Rio asked.
"We've, um... we've been thinking... just about, you know, your whole operation and our small role in it. And we've learned so much." Ruby started.
"Yeah, but it's not working for us." Isabelle said and gave him the bag.
"How so?" He asked.
"We need more."
"What?" Beth whispered.
"We've been clearing about, what? A hundred grand every few weeks for you? We're gonna need five times that amount to turn a profit and make it worth our time."
"You wanna clean 500 G's?" Rio asked.
"We can do it." Isabelle said.
"Can we?" Annie gasped.
"You don't get more time." Rio said.
"That's fine."
"Isn't it?" Ruby's voice cracked.
"Go big or go home, right?" Isabelle asked.
"Brought that mama van with you?" Rio asked and Beth nodded. "Load em up."

They met up with Rio later that night.
"How'd it go, ladies?" He asked.
"It's all there. Half a million dollars." Isabelle handed him the bag. "Can I ask you something. How do you not get caught?"
"School ain't in session right now." Rio replied.
"Come on. We just cleaned half a million dollars for you."
"I flip my game."
"Meaning what?"
"It means I flip my game."
"We know all those words individually, but not like in a row." Annie said.
"Say we're talking herb. Now, you could move nickel bags all day long. Nickels move fast, cause everybody knows the nickel bag man, right? That's why his dumb ass is always getting popped. The smart ones, they turn nickels into dimes. Dimes gets you to pills. And now you're moving up the chain. Before anyone knows what's going on, you're on the TVs and whatnot. And while they all got their back turned... I'm over here with a bunch of suburban bitches selling Monopoly money. We'll see where that takes me. Your cut." Rio said as the man held the bag.
"Count it." Isabelle told.
"It's all there. Trust me. 60 G's. We up your drop next time? Say 750?"
"Why?" Isabelle asked.
"Cause you delivered." Rio said before walking away and Isabelle couldn't help but smile.
"Just call us the mailman." Annie whistled.
"Why?" Beth asked.
"Cause we deliver. He just said it."
"Can someone explain to me what flipping a game means?" Beth asked.
"I did not process a word of that." Ruby said.
"Not a word. I was not asking again." Isabelle laughed.
"Yeah, you can't ask again."
"No."
"Oh, I used to get high in this park." Annie realised.
