"Come on, don't be scared."

"Scott!" I whined.

"Please?"

I hesitantly walked out on the ice, and when I got close enough Scott grabbed my arm, pulling me close. "See, wasn't so bad not was it?"

"I guess not, but we haven't even started skating yet, Scotty."

"Calm down, that's the easy part."

He started skating backwards holding my arms bringing me along.

"Now, pick one foot up, and push that door sideways outwards, and then pick the other up and do the same thing. Kay?"

I slowly did as he said while holding on to him, and started moving forward a little faster.

"There you go."

He went to pull away, but I tightened my grib, "Not yet, let a girl get used to it first!"

"Oh, already starting with the innuendos?"

I laughed, "I didn't mean it like that!"

While he had me distracted he pulled away, "Scott!!!"

"What, Mitchie?"

"Ahh!"

I started fall, but before I hit the ice Scott caught me.

He looked me in the eyes, "Just do what I told you, okay?"

I nodded stiffly, and let him drift away on the ice. I picked up my foot pushing it out, just like Scott told me, and to my surprise I started glided just Scott did. A smile crossed both of our faces.

"See Mitchie, you're doing it!"

I skated over to him, and grabbed his hand, intertwining our fingers. We skated forward, and he came in front of me grabbing my other hand, and twirling me around.

"Ahh, Scott I'm gonna fall."

He brought me in close, "Not if you trust me."

His look turned sad in that moment, realizing that maybe I didn't trust him. I pecked his lips. I did trust him with this. "Ok."

He smiled and picked me up bridal style, earning him a little squeal. He twirled around then put me down, and grabbed my hand pulling me with him.

He let go of my hand to skate around me, and he came to a stop about 15 feet away from. He smirked.

"Skate."

"What?"

"Skate. As fast as you can to me."

"You sure?" I asked biting my lip.

"Yup." He had a mischievous look on his face.

"Ok." I mumbled.

I pushed outwards with as much force I could muster, and was about to run into Scott, but he picked me up like that scene in Dirty Dancing.

He was gleaming up at me as he let go, only so catch me with his arms right under my ass. I started laughing.

"How long have you been waiting to do that one?"

"Since we got here." He answered truthfully.

He slowly let me down, never breaking eye contact with me. He was about to skate away when I snaked my arms behind his neck, kissing him with as much passion as I could possibly give him.

"Thank you, I love you."

"You love me?"

I giggled

"What are we quoting Silver Linings Playbook now??"

With that he leaned back in giving me one last kiss, before pushing off, and continuing to skate.

A goofy smile crept onto my face.

And for the rest of the day, I couldn't wipe that smile off my face.
