"Please take your badge and keep it on you at all times." You looked down just too see a bean looking creature handing you a badge with a number 100 on it

You placed the pin into your pocket, looking at your twin, Killua. He got the number 99 "You think.. mother sent Illumi to find us?" You said, looking kinda worried as Killua shook his head "I don't doubt it but who knows? He wouldn't know we're taking this exam"

"I guess..-" "Hey!" A large male in blue said "My name is Tonpa what's yours?"

You and Killua exchanged glances and answered "Killua." "(Y/n)"

"Alright! You guys want a drink? It's important to stay hydrated!" Tonpa said pulling out two cans of orange juice for them "I enjoy treating rookies!"

"No tha-" You stopped as you immediately fell over asleep. But Killua quickly caught you by your shirt

"Woah! Is she okay!?" Tonpa exlcaimed "Don't worry. This happens all the time." Killua said, gently laying you down in the ground "Now, back to the drink. I want one" He said, holding his hand out, Tonpa smiled, but the meaning behind that smile was sinister

Soon later, you woke up as you rubbed your eyes, Killua sitting next to you "Ugh.. god. I hate when that happens.." You grumbled "You can't control it. Stop making it sound like it is." Killua said, his eyes narrowing at you

You looked around, realizing that there were two times more people than before "Damn.. there's so many people now." You said, yawning "Yea, a bunch of people came while you were asleep." I frowned "When is this damn exam starting?" "Soon, i think."

Then three boys came out of the elevator,  a boy with a fishing pole sticking out of his bag, a blonde male and a black haired  suited male. The little green bean handed them their badge as the Tonpa guy walked up to them and started at conversation. Hes probably been doing that for awhile now.

"Hey, Kil. Was he doing that to all the rookies while i was asleep?" I asked "Yea. And the juice he keeps handing has laxatives in them" He answered, I looked at him "But, you still drank it." Killua gave a cheeky smile "Yea! He said to stay hydrated, (N/n)!"

Suddenly a scream rang out in this big tunnel, we both turned to see what it was and saw a guy with purple cape

"My.." a pastel clothed man remarked as he turned around, you both could see his full appearance

Whoever the hell this man was, he was on your 'absolutely no interaction' list
He had marigold eyes and an aloof expression, a teardrop and a star design on both cheeks "You should be more careful and apologise when you bump into someone."

"How in the what did he do that?" I whispered to Killua but he shrugged his shoulders "Who knows."

Suddenly, an echo of a terrible alarm ran out. You covered your ears, obviously bothered by the damn alarm

The alarm stops, prompting a wall of the tunnel to lift up, you and Killua stood up and you stared in curiosity. In the centre of the path, stood a long-legged man with purple hair, with a curly moustache and a purple suit

Well he sure knows how to show off his favourite colour.

"I apologise for the delay. Thank you for waiting." The man acknowledged "The entry period for Hunter applicants has officially ended. So without further ado, the Hunter Exam will now begin."

Jeez. Finally

The lavender haired male narrowed his eyes "One final word of caution, if you are short on luck or ability. Keep that in mind that there's a real chance you could get seriously injured. Death is another distinct possibility." He emphasises "If you accept the risks, I'll ask you to follow me now. But for the rest, please kindly exit through the elevator behind you."

Surprisingly, no one left.

"Right then very well. All 405 applicants will now participate in phase one!"

In an instant as the words left his mouth the male made long strides down the tunnel, all the other applicants following. To which one by one adjusted their pace after him. Only for him to pick up the pace

He was causing everyone to drop into a jog a follow suit

"Hey, Kil." You said, as he looked over at me "Yea?" "You'd carry me if I were to fall asleep right?" You questioned, earning a slight glare from him "What kind of a question is that? Of course I will, (N/n)" You smiled at his answer "Alright, Kil."

"How rude of me. I haven't introduced myself," The instructor noted "I am Satotz, your examiner for the first phase in the exam. It's my responsibility to lead all of you to the second phase."

"Second? What happened to the first?" A bald male exclaimed from behind the instructor, clad in chic black uniform with a red neckline

"The first phase is already underway" Satotz answered nonchalantly "First phase is quite simple. You must follow me to the second phase. So try to keep up."

The bald male gasped "Just follow? There's nothing else?"

"That's right. I cannot tell you where or when you will arrive" Satotz said "You only need follow me
