The training day went by quickly, Ripley had held a small meeting to tell everyone the plan to 'retake the wall' and afterwards, Hange, Levi, and herself split. The three went to separate groups, telling them different areas where Eren would be so no one would know where he actually was when the mission began.
"Eren, hey, come here." Ripley said softly as she placed a hand on the boy's shoulder. They were all in the mess hall for dinner preparing for tomorrow's big mission. Eren looked up to the girl before getting out of his seat, following behind Ripley.
"What is it, Ripley? Everything okay?" Eren asked, his head tilting to the left innocently.
"Yes, everything's fine, I just wanted to talk to you before tomorrow." Ripley smiled softly, leaning against the wall of the building. It was chilly outside, the two could see their breath as they spoke quietly, the hum of conversations spilling out of the mess hall. "Eren, I need you to promise me you'll use your head."
