The Survey Corps rode out into the fields, the sounds of chatting, horses, and carts filling the air as they left the wall. Ripley was behind Erwin, ready to give the signal to split when needed, looking for the forest they had picked out prior. As the regiment rode, trees popped up over the horizon and Ripley threw her hand in the air.
"Alright, Commander, time to split!" She shouted towards the man, gaining a nod in response.
"Go into long-range scouting formation!" Erwin ordered, watching as the squads dispersed behind him.
"Hey, you better make it back to my office tonight." Ripley rode up beside the man, giving him a bright smile before turning away to ride towards her position with Armin. Erwin let out a soft chuckle as he continued forward.
