Nervous

Kat POV

I was lying in bed, so happy that it was my day off. My stomach growled, telling me that I was hungry. I headed to the kitchen, walking straight towards the fridge. I grabbed the milk, lucky charms from the pantry, and a bowl from the sink. After I was done serving myself, I went to the couch and started to watch some cartoons. I then heard the door creak open. I then see Carolina with a huge smile on her face. "Why are you smiling?" I asked with curiosity in my voice. "So how was last night with Niall?" She asked with that big grin still on her face. I had started to remember the events of last night. "Fine, I guess" I answered, biting my lip.

"What Happened?" She said rushing with a cup of coffee in her hand. "We'll everything went fine, we practiced and he got most of it down but..." I hesitated. "But what?" She asked with a concerned look on her face. "He sort of asked me out to eat dinner with him tonight" I said, hoping she wouldn't freak out. Boy was I wrong, she started to scream at the top of her lungs with excitement. "Calm down, Caro" I told her trying to calm her down. "How am I suppose to calm down when my best friend is going on a date with one of the members of the hottest boy band?!" She said to me. "It's not a date, he is just taking me as a thank you present". "Mhmmm" she said as she walked back towards her room.

Niall POV

I was getting really nervous about tonight. I was hoping that she wouldn't back out, I felt like I owed this to her for her hard work at helping me. "Going somewhere special mate?" Zayn asked as he walked into my room. "Yeah, gonna have dinner with a friend." I told him. "And would this friend be Kat?" He asked with a big smirk on his face. "Yes" shyness creeping on my face. "Well I hope you guys have fun" he said walking out of my room with my Beatles CD. Tonight's gonna be fine Niall, I told myself in my mind.

Kat POV

It was 6:45, and Niall was going to be picking me up soon. I rushed to my closet and put on a dress, hoping it wasn't to fancy, but good enough.

"Hope you have fun on your date" Caro screams all the way from we room. "It's not a date" I shouted back at her. As I was putting on the finishing touches, I heard a knock on the door. I hesitated, and started to hurry, finishing, and I went to go open the door. "Hey Kat", Niall greeted. "Hey Niall", I said as I caught a glimpse of his beautiful eyes. "You ready?" He asked, with a smile on his face. "Yup", I answered as he took my hand in his, as we walked out of the door.
