"I saw another one of your fathers men driving around the east side. They're going to figure it out soon." Georg says as he enters the massive twelve car garage.
I sat up on the cold leather couch and tucked my legs into my chest as my eyes fell to Tom. He briefly stood up from under the hood of his Audi and started back at me.
These past two weeks i've spent with Tom have been the most amazing moments of my life. But i couldn't deny, tensions were continuing to rise. I'm honestly surprised my father has let this go on as long as he has.
Every night i go to bed, more thankful than the last that i was allowed another day with the man i love, but in the deepest and darkest corners of my mind, i knew this couldn't last forever.
My father was a prideful man, one that didn't let things slide. He needed me for an agreement with the Chicago outfit and he wouldn't stop until he had me.
"I have a big shipment going out tonight. I'm worried that their presence will cause me some issues." Tom muttered, spinning the socket wrench in his greased hand.
"What kind of shipment?" I asked. Tom shared brief but conspicuous glances with his two right hand men on either side of me.
"Just some business. Don't worry about it baby." Tom told me before diving back under the hood of the car resuming the work he had originally started.
I narrowed my eyes at the back of his white shirt. Being a woman in the mafia was unbearably degrading in so many ways. I felt as if i was a child that was not to know of adult business.
In my chaotic state of mind, i bit the skin of my lip, accidentally drawing blood. I ran my fingers over my bottom lip touching the copper tasting liquid. Gustav sat down on the couch next to me, taking notice of the blood on my finger tip.
"You good Fran?" He furrowed his brows, concerned. Tom's head jerk back to look at me on the couch in his garage.
"Yeah just bit my lip a little bit." I tried to wipe it away but noticed more smeared across side side of my pointer finger.
Tom walked over to me, taking the white handkerchief out of the back pocket of his dark charcoal colored jeans. His eyes studied the tiny droplet of blood as it graced the perimeter of my supple bottom lip.
Sitting down on the coffee table in front of me, he dabbed gently at my small cut. After a moment he sighed deeply, "I need to go make sure this shipment is taken care of." He muttered.
As he rose from the coffee table, he placed a peck on my forehead. Standing above me, he looked down and smoothed the side of my messy dark hair. He left Georg, Gustav and I in the garage and headed back towards the Kaulitz Manor.
"Jesus." Georg shook his head with a smirk.
"What?" I turned towards him.
"That man is on his knees for you Fran." Gustav laughed heartily.
My cheeks began to flush with color.
"I've seen this man bash someones skull in for simply talking out of place. I never thought i'd see the day that Tom Kaulitz would be so gentle." Georg shook his head in disbelief.
"I don't- I don't get it. He's always acted like that towards me." I shrugged my shoulders looking at his two right hand men next to me.
Their eyes widened as they gazed at one another. "Always?" Georg asked.
"Uhm, yeah?" I shrugged again.
"Oh, i am so never going to let him live this down." Gustav threw his head back as he cackled louder.
"Tom Kaulitz is a simp!" Georg said with tears in his eyes from laughter. With their contagious laughter finally spreading to me, i began to let the giggles take me over.
