OHHHH MAN THERE IS BRAWLING BRUTES DRAMA.

For anyone who may not know, I am a Butch/Pete Dunne stan.  Truly have no clue if saying wrestlers are a comfort person is weird.  But.  He's one of my comfort people 😭🫶

ANYWAY.  RIDGE IS MAD.

LIL RECAP!  Last week on Smackdown there was a number one contender match for the tag team championships.  It was Pretty Deadly vs. The Street Profits vs. The Brawling Brutes.  The Street Profits ended up winning but y'know.  During that match, Butch went for a kick on either Elton Prince or Kit Wilson (can't remember which one it was) but they ducked, and Butch hit Ridge instead.  Classic tag team drama scenario 🧍

This weeeeek... The Brawling Brutes were fighting Pretty Deadly.  Again.  NOT THAT I MIND CAUSE I LOVE PRETTY DEADLY.  But Ridge was being all moody and seemed to still be mad at Butch, even though that kick was clearly an accident 😭  wrestling logic be silly.  It seemed like a weird mad though. Like he thinks Butch is dumb or something idfk 😭😭 ILL KICK YOUR ASS MR HOLLAND >:(

Half way through the match, Ridge got even more annoyed somehow.  Apparently Butch wasn't doing good enough or something?? So Ridge walked out 😀  Butch was visibly confused.  Concerned?  Flabbergasted even??? I WOULD BE TOO. So the match virtually became a handicap match, and despite Butch's good efforts, Pretty Deadly picked up the win.

Now we get to my unwanted opinion 🕺🕺

I HAVE BEEN WANTING THE BRUTES TO BREAK UP FOR AWHILE. I know some people might not like that idea, but hear me out.

I originally wanted Butch to turn, but Ridge turning would be better. And it seems that things might be heading that way now 👀 if this ends up not happening I'll actually be mad. I need the Brutes breakup so so bad

See, I feel the main roster is holding Butch back. He plainly isn't the same as he was as Pete Dunne. Even when he went back to wrestle in NXT a few months ago, you could tell he was still very capable of putting on bangers! Pls wrestling gods, let the Brutes break up, strip Pete of the "Butch" name, AND LET HIM GO CRAZY AS PETE DUNNE ONCE MORE 😭🙏🙏🙏🙏

Not me being an annoying mark 💀

We will have to see where these things go with Ridge's bad attitude of course.  But I hope more drama goes down tbh 🤭🤭

It would be so slay if Butch got to be Pete Dunne once more, and he becomes more like his old self.  I'm sure he will be in a long rivalry with Ridge, and that Sheamus will come back eventually and be like "WTF HAPPENED WHILE I WAS GONE??" but I am okay with this idea.  And imagine him sometime down the line (maybe even getting traded to Raw or sumn because of the drama with Ridge?) and getting to fight his longtime rival, Guther/Walter, for the IC title!!

IM SORRY BUT THAT WOULD SLAY SO HARD LOL.  Pete doesn't even have to win, but please let him be good ol' Pete Dunne again 😭  at this point he's one of my favorite wrestlers of all time but I've only become a fan of his NXT stuff after he joined the main roster :,)

I am on my knees begging

I've been concocting this idea for awhile, but now Ridge is getting all sulky and it seems my hopes of a team breakup might truly be on the horizon >:)   KNOCKING ON WOOD SO I DONT JINX IT YIKES YIKES YIKESSS

But I'm afraid of what they'll do with Pretty Deadly if they don't have the Brutes to fight :/  IDK THEY'RE CHARISMATIC AS FUCK THEY'LL HOPEFULLY BE OKAY

I should end this chapter now lmao 😭  I HOPE THIS WAS A FUN FIRST CHAPTER.  AND IM SORRY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BRUTES TO BREAK UP 😭😭  don't be upset D:  if they do break up, everything will be okay.  I give you permission to blame me if they do.  And I will give you a virtual apology hug
