The Camp Out part one

Kaden's POV

Recap:

I shift to human form and I said it 'I Alpha Kade accept the rejection of my mate'

And then instantly the pain vanished. I felt so lonely and unloved.

'I love you Kaden' kaleb said

'I love you to kaleb'

And with that I shifted to wolf form and gave the most agonizing and painful howl ever.

After I howled I felt a group of people around me. I immediately switch to attacked mood.

But when I turned around I saw my pack

My entire pack

I mean everyone

My parents approached first

'baby what's wrong' my mom asked

Landon answer 'his mate rejected him and he accepted it'

It hurt hearing those words. I almost whimpered.

'what reason could she possibly have' my mom asked

Christian told her what he knew and I just zoned out.

I knew hearing the little he knew of what happened between me and my mate would hurt like having someone slowly and painfully carve your heart.

'Son it's gonna be ok' I heard my father say

How will it be ok? My mate rejected. I don't even know if the moon goddess will ever give me another one.I can't believe I am gonna live an eternity mateless. What did I do to deserve this? To live forever without some one ever loving and caring for me. And worst of all I am gonna die a virgin. That has got to be worst fate ever. How could live be so cruel? I didn't do anything to deserve such an awful life.

When I was a kid I did steal some cookies from my mom's cookie jar when she was at pack meetings, I pulled lots of pranks on Christian and Landon over the years and I did go out of the house when father told me not. But that doesn't make me a terrible person right?

I looked at my father like I was expecting him to give me an answer.

'what, why are you looking at me like that' he questioned

I just shrugged. I knew he didn't know what I was thinking.

'Wolfie Kaden' a little kid called. Kaleb turned to face him and gave him a smile. Well the best a wolf could give. We both love kids. We wanted to have lots of kids. We weren't asking for that much out of a woman just 20 will be fine. I know 20 is not much when you want a big family like I do but since women like to complain it will have to do.

'Wolfie I'm sowwy you'we sad' The little guy was on the verge of tears when he said this.

Sorry. He has no reason to be sorry. It's not his fault my mate is a bitch. Wait where did that come from? It seems like I'm getting over her already.

Kaleb put all fours underneath him, wagging his tail like crazy and sticking his tongue out. He looked like a puppy. He licked the little guy's cheek and the boy laughed.

'you wanna play catch wolfie' Kaleb nodded

'you're it' he said before shifting and running of into the woods.

His parents followed.

'who wants to play catch' I asked through the mindlink

Everyone cheered

'alright all children are it, we have to chase after our parents and bring them back to the pack house'

'let's give our parents a five second head start you know because they're old' I said teasing. Humor laced through my voice.

'we'll show you whose old' my grandparents said. I chuckled

They don't look a day over thirty but they're still looked old to me.

'let the games begin' I said

With that everyone shifted wagging their tails like crazy. Our parents and grandparents ran.
