Sunday morning, Evelyn stood with her brothers at the entrance of the church, watching the priest and her father talk about Amelia, who stood in front of Evelyn and Edward with a big smile on her face. Amelia was a small girl with blond hair, nothing of her skin was visible. Elliot stood on Evelyn's other side, staring at his shoes.
"Evelyn, I guess you haven't met Amelia." Her father started and Evelyn forced a smile on her face. "I don't think Edward and I haven't both met her." She replied, placing a hand on her brother's shoulders.
Edward glared his big sister before forcing a smile on his face. "Of course, Amelia this is my daughter Evelyn and my other son Edward." Her father introduced them and Amelia raised her hand with a small wave and smiled shyly.
"Amelia is in the church to help me often and I teach her the task." The priest spoke and their father started asking more questions about the task. A large wooden door opened to reveal a brown haired woman followed by a small blonde haired girl, behind her walked a brown haired boy who gently smiled towards Evelyn. The priest greeted them and they began talk.
Evelyn couldn't help but notice her father's glare in the family and carefully tried to sneak glances with Alec.
"Brother I don't like this." Evelyn spoke quietly with a smile and squeeze her hands on Edward's shoulders. "Me neither sister." Elliot spoke and smiled at Amelia who glanced at the siblings with a smile.
"My cheeks hurt from this smile." Evelyn said and Edward complained of pain in his shoulder. "Ouch." Edward huffed and looked up, glaring at his sister.
They got the attention of the others and their father sighed. "Okay kids let's go sit down." He said, clapping his hands together. Evelyn glanced at Alec, whose eyes have been on the girl since they arrived at the church.
She gave the boy a sweet smile and winked. Alec felt a pink color rise to his cheeks and looked down with a smile.
Jane nudged her brother and Alec noticed Evelyn's father looking their way. Slowly they followed their mother who sat behind Evelyn and her family on the wooden benches.
Amelia was sitting with Elliot next to Evelyn and they were whispering about something. She could clearly see from her brother that something was wrong and she was going to ask about it later. She looked over to Amelia's side and her father was sitting there whispering to her mother.
Evelyn wanted so badly to look behind her and smile at Alec but she couldn't because others would notice especially her father so she just sat there with her back straight and stared straight ahead.

The priest spoke and Amelia had gotten up beside her father and they were saying a prayer. Evelyn felt her eyelids heavy and she fought to keep them open until something fell on her shoulder.
She slowly turned her head to see Edward with his eyes closed and his mouth open, resting his head on his sister's shoulder.
Evelyn gave a quick shrug and Edward's head went up like a rocket and he looked at his sister with wide eyes.People in the church started to get up and their father was still talking with the priest and Amelia. "Father! We're already going outside." Evelyn said and started walking with her little brother, to her surprise Elliot followed them.
She raised an eyebrow and watched her brother walk out the doors. She followed outside and looked around, slowly stopped beside her brother who leaned against a pillar and looked in silence at the cemetery that surrounded the church. "You're just as hard to read as me." She started and looked at the cemetery next to the church.
"What's wrong?" Evelyn asked and now looked at her brother who was staring blankly at the sky. "Who do you want to marry in the future?" He asked, turning to look at his sister. Evelyn was surprised by the question at first but soon realized what her brother was after.
I don't think you want to marry Amelia?" She asked with a sad look growing on her face and Elliot shifted and sighed. "Don't tell anyone but no, I don't feel any attraction between us." He explained and Evelyn took his warmn hand and squeezed gently.
"I understand brother." She said and they looked forward together for a moment in silence until the doors opened for behind them. Jane and Alec followed their mother out, Alec couldn't help but notice the red haired beauty standing next to her brother with a sad look on their faces.
A smile appeared on Evelyn's face and she tried to hide it. "Don't try to hide your smile, I can see you like that witch twin." Elliot said and let out a loud sigh. "What are you talking about?" Evelyn asked quickly. "You may be able to fool father with your innocent face but I saw your hidden smiles and stolen glances in chruch." Elliot told crossing his arms over his chest.
"Elliot." Evelyn started but he cut her off, shaking his head in disappointment. "Don't worry sister your secret is safe." He said holding out his little finger. Evelyn smiled and held out her finger as well.
Their parents walked out and their father didn't look happy. "Is everything alright father?" Elliot asked walking after them. "We talked to others and they have seen wolves on land." Their father told and at the same time took his wife's hand and they walked towards home.

Evelyn walked towards the meadow and the river, hands sliding on flower leaves and grass hitting her feet. She saw the twins in the distance sitting in the meadow gathering flowers and a smile came to her face.
"Hey." She said stopping in front of them. Alec smiled, staring at the red haired girl in front of him. "Hello, Evelyn." He greeted and stood up. Evelyn watched the boy step in front of her and with a smile on his lips he took his hands from behind back and handed the girl a beautiful flower. "This is for you." Alec said shyly and looked down.
Evelyn felt a blush rise to her cheeks and smiled sweetly, looking at the pretty flower in his hand. "That's beautiful Alec." She told and Alec blushed deeply.
"It.. It is a-as beautiful as y-you, red as your hair and green as your emerald eyes." Alec spoke slowly and nervously.
Jane wrinkled her nose and shifted her position. "Please, not in my view." She said aloud and they turned to look at the blonde haired girl behind them. They both blushed deeply.
Evelyn sat down in the meadow and looked at the flowers around her. Alec sits next to her and looked at the girl. "How are you doing?" Evelyn asked looking at the twins.
Jane stared at her hands and sighed. "Someone has destroyed our fence and the plants I planted." Jane spoke quietly and Evelyn raised an eyebrow. "Who does that?" She asked, meeting Alec's eyes.
Jane got up and cleaned her dress. "We're not liked in the village so they destroy our home when calling us witches isn't enough." She started and Alec sighed. "Jane." He said but was interrupted by Jane. "No Alec, It's the truth and Evelyn should stay away from us." She continued and took her basket at the same time to began walk away.
