Senior year is finally here and all I can say is that I've never looked more forward to graduate than ever since moving to Connecticut 3 years ago. There are many reasons that a girl like me is looking forward to going to college.
First, it's my first step to becoming a lawyer. Its always been my dream since I can remember. I've already applied to many colleges but my top choice is Harvard, just like my older brother, Jayden.
This brings be to my second reason. Obviously I didn't apply to Harvard just to be with him, I don't miss him that much, but if I got accepted it would be pretty nice to have one of my best friends around.
Third and definitely not least, I get to leave this shit hole of a school. Ever since I've set foot into Rosewood Academy, my life has been a living hell. In fact, I think hell in an understatement.
We primarily moved here because me and my brother were able to get a full-ride scholarship to this infamous private school. My mother thought it was an excellent idea so we immediately moved states from Texas.
The school itself is amazing. It's got the best courses, pushing its students to their max and also opens up a great deal of opportunities for them. Although that's just the school.
Enzo Rossi, captain of the football team and also the biggest jerk known to mankind. Words can't describe the amount of rage I feel towards that boy. Ever since I've stepped foot into this school, this jerk has made it his mission to make my high school experience miserable. Sadly, it's not just me, many another kids also fall under his countless amount of victims. It goes from him throwing paper balls at others when the teacher is facing the board to humiliating others in the hallway by either shoving them into lockers or spilling out the contents inside their backpacks.
The only reason why the school decides to hang on by the thread and still allow him to remain in it is because his father is one of the schools biggest donors. So just like that, he does whatever he pleases and stomps all over others like as if the school is his little playground.
Jerks like him only peak in high school though. Once they graduate and get thrown into the real world, it chews them up and spits them back out leaving him to reside to daddies money for the rest of their lives. They'll never grow up and mature, just outgrown babies for the rest of their lives.
But unfortunately, it's still high school meaning that future paradise is still long in the future. 1 last year of living under this jerks little kingdom. One. Last. Year. And it's all over for him. All I got to do now is just patiently wait for the next 180 days and I'll finally be free from his grasps.
