he discovered a Stand Arrow toy on Amazon and purchased it. but he didn't realized that it was a real arrow...

St. Pavlov Foundation.
Here we see Y/n walking around the foundation with Joseph and Ceasar. While those three are walking around the place looking for Vertin's friend Sonetto.
They feel like theyre being watched by the arcanists, so they visit the timekeeper Vertin.
Joseph: "So this is St. Pavlov Foundation..."
Y/n: "I heard Timekeeper's friend, Sonetto. Works here often.
Ceasar: "Yeah maybe we can ask her for directions. But first lets relax, this whole foundation is like a maze"
Joseph: "I agree, Phew..."
Just as they were about to sit down, a female Staff from St. Pavlov Foundarion quickly rush over to Y/n.
St. Pavlov Staff: "Excuse me Sir, please come with me!"
Y/n: "Woah Now hold on just a se-!!"
She quickly grabs her arm and runs. Leaving Joseph and Ceasar Confused.
Joseph: "Will he be alright...?"
Ceasar: "This is Y/n were talking about...right...?
Joseph: "Should we go get him then?
Ceasar: "Oh he's fine!"
Back to Y/n.
He was dragged by the female staff member all the way outside of the Foundation's Arena.
St. Pavlov Staff: "Sorry! But I gotta go, they will arrive soon, just wait for a bit okay?!"
Y/n: "Hold on Miss, you got the wrong-?!"
The Staff slams the door shut.
Y/n: "Person..."
The Door then opens revealing Sonetto and the rest of the Arcnists enters the room on the other door.
Sonetto: "Mr. Y/N? You must be sent by Madam Z as our instructor "
Y/n: "Miss Sonetto listen to me, this is a massive misundersta-!"
