A baby by accident

I JUST realised I didn't get both of their acts right since they are rough around each other so I'll fix that :|)

As they went into town they quickly noticed that something was wrong. Everybody wore weird black hoods on their head and nobody talked. It was like no one was there. They figured they would need to stay here for a while so they searched for a hotel. They were losing hope until they found a very shady hotel that was behind town. They didn't have anywhere else to go so they went.

"This is such a weird place. I wonder why this is the only hotel here." Said Sanji looking around.

"Well I don't really care as long as I can sleep." Said Zoro yawning. Sanji just rolled his eyes as he head to the receptionist. The receptionist had the same black clothing everyone had so Sanji decided to ask about it.

"Um excuse me pretty lady but do you know why exactly everyone is wearing black?" Asked Sanji.

The woman just looked at him and then she gave him a worried look.

"Cover up. Now. The brightest will be brought to death first." Said the lady almost shaking. Sanji looked at her terrified. Did she just say death? What kind of Island is this.? Sanji turned to Zoro but he was gone. Sanji had no idea what was going on. Am I going to die? Where is Zoro? What is this place? Sanji asked the lady if she had any spare black clothing and fortunately she had 2. Sanji ran out of the hotel as he put on the black hood. He searched for Zoro everywhere but he was nowhere to be found. Sanji was so scared for Zoro. For Zara. He asked people about it and checked everywhere, but he couldn't find them.

"Cover up. Now. The brightest will be brought to death first."

Sanji remembered, horrified. Zoro had green hair. And Zara too... does that mean... it can't be...

"...you ok?"

Sanji turned around, surprised. There was Zoro, his body full of scratches and scars. On the other hand, Zara was completely fine, just a few scratches. Sanji ran to Zoro, hugging him tight crying.

"Where have you been dumbass?! I have been searching for you guys for hours!!" Said Sanji in a sobbing voice. Zoro was a little surprised by the outburst, but he hugged him back.

"I'll tell you later. Let's first get to the hotel."

"WAIT- first wear this." Said Sanji as he handed him the coat.

"Alright." Said Zoro as they both went in the hotel. They registered and booked a room for 3 days. As they went in they realised this hotel was actually really nice. The place was very clean and tidy. It had a lot of decorations and a big bed.

"Wow I wonder why no one comes here." Said Sanji plopping on the bed. Zoro fed Zara and put her on to the baby bed next to the table as he lay'd down next to Sanji as they both fall asleep. The next morning Sanji made breakfast as zoro spend time with Zara.

"where have you been yesterday marimo! I have been worried." Said Sanji.

"Hah, you were worried?" Said Zoro with a grin.

"Of course I was dumbass! You had Zara with you!" Yelled sanji.

"Fine. When you were talking to the register someone grabbed my arm from the wall and pulled me in. I was very startled so I didn't get to fight back. It was a very old man named poloni and he explained the situation with the town. He told me that every year the people have to hide behind hoods to cover their hair and skin. The reason behind that is they have a reaper god they have to worship and he comes to the town once a year. And when he does he kills anyone with colour since the reaper god hates bright colours." Explained Zoro.

"Wait but that doesn't explain your scars!" Said Sanji demanding an explanation.

"Well I tried fighting him."

"WITH THE BABY?!"

"Uhhh yeah that's why I stopped because I realised that."

"YOU PIECE OF SHIT YOU COULD'VE PUT ZARA IN DANGER!" Yelled Sanji. Soon he called down he demanded for Zoro to stay here for a while so Sanji can cure his scars.

"..just please don't fight him again." Said Sanji looking worried.

"Ow! ......why? Are you worried?" Said Zoro in a teasing tone as Sanji put alcohol on one of his scars.

"Yes!! I don't want you to get into more danger. It's a god we're talking about!" Said Sanji as he put bandages on his arm. Zoro seems a little shocked that Sanji admitted he was worried but then he hugged him.

"please tell me you wouldn't do it." Said Sanji almost crying. Zoro was surprised at how worried Sanji is for him. He just hugged Sanji back telling him he wouldn't fight him again.

That was a lie.

"Wait mosshead where are you going? Don't we have to ask people about our curse?" Said Sanji as he saw Zoro leave.

"Oh... I'm just getting supplies. I'll be back in an hour." Said Zoro leaving. Sanji had a bad feeling but he decided it was nothing. He waited for zoro to come back but he never did. Sanji got worried so he left Zara in her crib and quickly went to check where zoro is. He asked everybody if they saw someone in a black hood and green hair but no one saw him. Sanji began to be more worried as he had this in mind:

is he fighting the reaper god..?

Sanji ran to where the hotel was since it was the place sanji found zoro. He looked over and saw the most terrifying creature he has ever saw. He looked almost exactly like people think reapers look, skeleton body and a reaper weapon and a black hood like everybody is wearing. He had blue-fire eyes and he was the size of a house. Then he saw zoro, covered in blood and scratches. The god looked like he didn't even have a scratch, so it was obvious zoro was loosing. As sanji tried to process what is happening, the reaper god slashed zoro with his rapper and zoro fell.

"ZORRROOOOOO!"

Sanji yelled as he saw zoro fall to the ground. As he screamed, the reaper god seemed to notice Sanji screaming, looking at him eye to eye.

Sanji noticed that, as he got a cold chill down his spine telling him he should hide. Sanji ran fast to hide behind a building, covering himself fully with black. The reaper god seems to not notice him anymore since he covered everything. As Sanji slowly looked over he remembered how much Zoro was hurt. His fear turned into anger as he went over to the god, full of rage. The god seemed surprised that he had no fear approaching him, but he quickly flew over to Sanji, making Sanji scared again.

"And what might you be? I smell...rabbit.?? No.. a HUMAN." Said the reaper god as he grabbed Sanji bright hair that was sticking out. Then it hit him. The reaper god was blind! He could only smell by colors! So that's why the people hid behind hoods.

"COVER UP ZORO! TRUST ME!" Yelled Sanji as he and Zoro covered up completely. The reaper god tried sniffing them out but he couldn't find them.

"I'll find you someday again." Said the reaper god as he went back to hell.

"Are we safe now?" Asked Zoro.

"Y-yes I think..."

"YOU PIECE OF SHIT HOW COULD YOU FIGHT HIM WHEN YOU PROMISED ME YOU WOULDNT?! YOU PUT YOURSELF IN DANGER!" Yelled Sanji, annoyed and crying. As Sanji yelled at him, Zoro fell down to the floor, collapsing. Sanji stopped immediately. He ran up to Zoro, picking him up and went back to the hotel.

This chapter was very random but I feel like this was something new 🥰 tell me some suggestions for the next chapters ;)
