Sanji put zoro on their bed as he got up and went to get bandages and other medicine. When he went to town he got greeted by a lot of people, not wearing their black hoods. It was very lively and calm after the reaper god. Everyone seems happy, but that was not sanjis mood. He went there and shopped, getting bandages, food, and medicine. As he went back to the hotel zoro was still unconscious. Sanji just got started in trying to heal him, which was hard. Zoro was bleeding all over the place, sanji putting on bandages but it still bled through. Sanji was getting very worried, zoro bleeding a lot and not waking up. He decided to search for a doctor, which he asked town folks which doctor was the best. They all said Dr. Lefano, which sanji searched for a whole day.

"Do you know where Dr. Lefano is?" Asked sanji in a rush.

"I think he is out of town today. He will come back tomorrow." Said the lady selling crops. Sanji ran back home, disappointed. As he opened the door, he was greeted by a crawling Zara, smiling happily. Sanji just melted as he picked her up. Zara has grown a lot since they left. She now has a little bit of green hair, and blue eyes. She now crawls but she doesn't know any words yet.

"Cmon my little princess, let's check on Mommy."

"Mama!"

"........."

"Did you just say... mama?"

Sanji jumped with joy. His daughter just said her first word! It's kind of disappointing that it isn't dad, but who cares. Sanji hugged Zara tight as he is happy she talked. He sat down next to zoro, hands full of brand new bandages and medicine he bought for the store. As he unwrapped the old bloody bandages of of zoro, he couldn't help but think if zoro is... well...

In a coma.

Sanji shoved that thought away as he knows zoro can't die. Zoro is the strongest guy he knows and he doesn't think one fight can kill him. Sanji already finished wrapping the new bandages on him, as he started talking.

"You know, Zara just said her first word. It's wonderful! She said mama, ha, you. I wish you would have been there to hear it.." said sanji as he placed his hand in Zoros. A part of Sanji's mind thought zoro would answer him, or at least wake up. But this is reality, things like that don't happen. Sanji stood up, taking Zara in his hands as he places her in a baby chair as he makes dinner for them. Tomorrow he is going to find Dr.Lefano and try to find a cure for Zoro.

Sanji woke up, tired from taking care of the baby all alone. He checked up on zoro who was still unconscious and went ahead and fed Zara. After that he took her with him as he went to search for Dr. Lefano. People said he was somewhere near the hotel so he went to check there. He went inside the hotel but no one was there. Curios, he went inside and checked the different rooms. Weirded out he went out and went outside, disappointed no one was there. As he went there he went and bought oils and medicine for zoro. He also went to town to get food since the hotel didn't provide food. As he ran back home, he bumped into someone. They had a doctors coat and they were wearing glasses. As Sanji started to get up, he looked at his tag. It said, "alio Lefano."

"Alio..?" Said Sanji as he looked up. Looking closely, he saw that it was alio, the person who Zoro unintentionally cheated on him with. Just the sight of him made his blood boil, but he knew it wasn't his fault. He started feeling more calm until he looked at his tag again.

"Alio Lefano."

"Wait..your THE Lefano?" Asked Sanji shocked. Alio just nodded looking down, not wanting to meet again. Sanji knew what he had to do even if he didn't want to. It was all for Zoro.

"......can you treat Zoro..? He got hurt and he is still unconscious and I heard your the best doctor in town and the only one." Asked Sanji embarrassed. Alio just looked at him hatefuly but sad.
"......I'll take a look." He said looking down. "Are you gonna show me where?" He said roughly as he started walking.
"Uh yes. Come this way." Sanji says awkwardly as he walks to his house with Alio following. As they both walk inside the hotel Sanji couldn't help but think why alio is a doctor. Isn't he supposed to be a marine? Even so, he told us he was a fighting marine who uses katanas not a doctor.
"Aren't you a fighting marine, not a doctor?" Asked Sanji looking over at him.

"I do not want to give you personal information. I'm only here to help someone in need. That's all." He says as he brushes Sanji off and walking more faster to Sanjis room.

"Gh. Bastard." Whispered Sanji under his breath.

When they entered, Sanji put Zara in the crib and walked over to see if Zoro woke up. He did not.

"He got injured pretty badly. I'm going to have to take him with me." Said Alio as he took Zoro in his arms.

"Agh-wait! Can't you treat him here? He had worse injuries before I think he can handle it." Said Sanji.

"That's the thing. His body is already very sensitive because of how much injuries he has had. I need to take him in.. unless you want him to suffer more." Said alio seriously as he glared at Sanji. Sanji just gave him a look as he let him take Zoro. Even though it's for Zoro health, he wasn't really positive about leaving his boyfriend with his boyfriends ex.
