(My knowledge is very slim with court)
Today was the day Aria had to go to court and Dom was very nervous "okay baby you know what to do?" He asked doing her hair "yes papa" she smiled and Dom let out a sigh and turned her around to face him.
"Baby don't be scared but the man is going to be in the court room okay" Dom looked into Arias eyes with love and worry "i know papa" she said and Dom wrapped her into a warm hug kissing her forehead "oh my baby girl" he said letting her go and getting their coats before and heading to the car.
The two of them made it to the court room and Dom sat with Aria and the man stood on his side, the rest of the group was behind them "you okay nugget" Rhea said making Dom an Aria turn round "yes" she nodded and Rhea gave her a soft smile "this man is going to prison okay ri ri" Finn said his wife vero with him who Aria grew to know and love as well.
The judge walked in and everyone stood then sat back down.
The judge says "good morning everyone today we are here for the case of miss Aria with defendant Mark Greway facing charges of aggravated assault, attempted murder, attempted rape and carrying a weapon with no license." Dom places his hand onto Arias and takes a deep breath.
The judge reads a paper before speaking again "Mr Green you have been in a court before correct" Mark looks at the judge and nods "correct your honor" the judge wets his lips before speaking again "you were done for a DUI and possession of weed".
The court hearing goes on before it was Arias turn to speak "you got this baby" Dom smiles at Aria.
"Miss Mysterio, would you like to say what happened on September 24" Aria looks at her father before speaking "i was asleep with my papas friend Rhea Ripley and I woke up to that man grabbing me Rhea was trying to get me but he then pulled a gun" Arias eyes started to water remembering what happened.
"He pulled a gun a threatened that if we were quite he would shoot" Dom looked at Aria as she looked at her hands "Rhea told him not to hurt me and asked why he was there and he said he was sent, he started to make fun of me for being scared he oressed the gun to my head and he then got Rhea to hand over all the electronics she had and tied her up" Aria took a deep breath before continuing "he then asked me to take my shirt off and i was scared so i did, he he took his finger and dragged it over my chest and i cried" tears fell down her face as she spoke "he told us he was paid to toy with me, then he took his gun and drags it to my PJ bottoms, his" Aria stopped and wiped her eyes "he slide his gun under my pjs i asked him to stop but he didnt Rhea them showed her phone and she has texted papa and the others from her watch then when papa came he shot me"
The judge looked disgusted from what this little child just told him, he sent her back to Dom and called Rhea to the stand.
"Ms Ripley you were with Miss Mysterio on the night" Rhea looked at Aria and nodded "yes your honor" the judge looked at Rhea then asked "please tell us your side as you will probably know a little more than miss Mysterio.".
Rhea nodded and took a deep breath "the night started as a sleep over type thing and Aria fell asleep on me, after time there was a knock at the door so i opened thinking it was Dom but a man ran in and grabbed aria waking her then everything she said was true i told him to stop but when he pulled the gun i froze as i didn't want him to shoot her. When he started to get more intimate with her I could watch i would yell at him calling him a sick freak but i Rembrandt him calling her an innocent thing his gun touched places a littlw child should never be touched i was so helpless but when i sent that messages the boys being Dominik Damian Priest am Finn Balor rushed but as i showed him he got scared and when the boys where there that's when he shot her".
"Thank you ms Ripley" Rhea went to her seat smiling at Aria in a sympathetic way "now Mr Green you have heard what they said how would you like to plead" the judge says and Mark smiles "guilty".
The judge looks at Mark "Mr Green you have some nerve smiling in my court room after what this poor little girl has said you a sick creature i have had many criminals but you sir arw the most sick smiling in my court room. You have scared this innocent child and her family you hear me scared" The judge looks down "Mr Green i am going to read you charges because problem like the rest of this court room i am sick of looking at you".
The judge looks at papers before looking up "Mr green with the charges of aggravated assault, attempted murder and rape and carrying a weapon without a license i am giving you life and no chance of parole you are now dismissed" Dom picks Aria up and hugs her kissing her forehead "well done baby girl i love you so so much" Dom smiles "love you too papa" she smiles hugging him tightly.
The group walk out the court Rhea holds onto Aria hugging her like Dom did "your so brave nugget so so brave" the group smile at their success and all decided on some drinks to celebrate.
