The morning of 8th December proved to be very much depressing for Jimin. The fact he was unable to get proper sleep last night because of the disturbance of upcoming morning was lingering over him like a damned alarm that his life is officially fucked for once and all. There is no going back.

"Jimin?" Jungkook knocked upon his door but a response was something he was unable to give. The confinement of his room, the darkness enveloping Jimin felt suddenly so homey, despite Jimin hating darkness he found comfort in this one.

Reviving no response made Jungkook take the next step of entering without permission, he wanted to wait for response but his sudden growing anxiety of Jimin changing his plan was eating him out. Of course he would still provide 100% security to Jimin and his family even if Jimin refuses to go with him but the thought of not having Jimin beside him pain him in an ugly way something he wouldn't want to endure for too long. He already knows about the searing pain of leaving Jimin once they reach airport and he is collecting himself enough energy and courage to not look back and cry ugly while leaving. He wants to do things quickly so that he can return sooner to Jimin. Perhaps cut themselves some slacks of less painful days.

"Jimin...are you awake?" He slowly pads inside the empy room gat absolutely smelled like Jimin, something felt off to him as well when he saw Jimin just lying and staring up at his ceiling with hollow eyes. He hated the pain he felt when Jimin lied there this way.

"Yes" it was so much dry

"Would you like to get breakfast before you know...we leave?" He didn't wanted to remind Jimin of the butter truth that he hisses while letting those poisonous words out to Jimin.

Jimin blinked his way towards Jungkook before nodding in silence.

"Okay" Jungkook replies with a small tight lipped smile. It felt way too forced, with a heavy heart he exited the room. The ugly feeling only constricted his chest. He didn't like seeing Jimin this way, he didn't like how the atmosphere of the home changed. Despite it he made an effort to do something to lighten up the modd so that Jimin can cheer up as well.

Jimin loved the pancakes from yesterday so Jungkook decided to go with them, a morning with lots of sweet dishes will most prolly make the mood better instead of bitter.

Jungkook assumed that maybe the thibk air will settle once they start eating but the heaviness still lingered. Jungkook had such a hard time overcoming it, trying to start small convos to settle down the awkward silence but none of them proved to be fruitful. Jimin silently at and left for his room to get ready and take bath while Jungkook remained in the kitchen washing the dishes and going to his own room for getting ready.

Every second passed so quickly but the heaviness weighed them down alongside that they didn't even feel like moving from what they have. Jungkook was surprised to see Jimin waiting in the lounge with his backpack. He sat with his hands locked in front of him, his eyes pacing out while the silence prevailed.
