I have some questions regarding the excercise and hoped that you can answer them.
1) Does the villain have a villain liar?
2) Is the villain allowed to attack the heroes headquarters.
3) Does a hero headquarter even exist??
4) May I give the support course some self designed weapon blueprints?

Regarding your quzestions:
1) Yes, I have chosen a place you may use as a villain hideout. However feel free to chose a different one once the excercise start as well.
2) Yes, you may attack the hero headquarters.
3) Indeed there is a specidic buidling which is designed to be the hero headquarter providing the heroes with everything they need.
4) I am not sure I am able to understand your questions fully here. The blueprints the support course need in order to design weapons are quite detailed. If you believe that your design has everything it needs, you may go to Power Loader and as him if it is possible to produce something like that. Power Loader will then assign a support course student to work at your design.
