5. A glimmer of hope

Clove POV: 

Octavia and I were in our tents when we heard a big boom, we immrdiately got out of our tent and went outside to see what was going on. 

"There" Octavia says to Bellamy

"They're coming to help us, now we can kick some grounder ass." Jones said 

"Yeah" Everyone said aggreing with them. 

"Please tell me they brought down some shampoo" A girl says 

We all got dreesed and Octavia and I saw Bellamy leaving "Where the hell does he think he's going?" I ask 

I also grab my knife and we start running after him. 

"Bellamy" We both say after cathing up. 

"What are you doing?" Octavia asks 

"Go back to camp. It's safe." He says 

"You lied to everyone. you lied to us." Octavia say 

"You just want whatever's in that pod..." I start to say but Bellamy shoves me

"Just go home!" he yells 

"You always want to play the big brother, huh?" Octavia says 

"Well guess what? Jokes on us. Your just a shelfish d!ck." I say 

"I did this for you two, to protect you. If the ark finds out we're alive they'll come down. And when they do... I'm dead." Bellamy says 

"What did you do?" Octavia asks 

"I shot him." He says 

"Can you be more peacific?" I ask 

"I shot Jaha." He says 

"What?" Octavia whispers. 

"I found out they were sending you two to earth. I couldn't let you guys go alone. Someone came to me with a deal, do this. Kill him, and they'd get me on the dropship. And I did it." He says 

"You killed the chancellor?" I ask 

"He floated our mother. He locked both of you up. He deserved it." He says 

"We didn't ask you to do that," Octavia says 

"You're right. I made the choice. This is one me. Whatever they sent down, I'll take care of it." He says 

 "I didn't ask for any of this," Octavia says, walking away. 

"Bellamy," I say before he walks off 

"I'm sorry," I say and walk off
