Arisu's POV
The guilt I have in my chest is unbearable. But Y/n would understand why we're doing this, right?
"First, Arisu will infiltrate the royal suite. Then he'll search for the safe and steal all the playing cards inside." In a quiet room, I sat beside Kuina with Usagi standing next to me and Chishiya sitting before me. When I first entered, it was obvious that this was Chishiya's room. I didn't expect that during our walk to his room, he would stop and continue to walk to a specific room instead, stare at it, and then walk back toward his room. The room he tried looking in was locked as he tried to open it, "I figured." was all he said. Confused about why he tried to go into a room that wasn't his, it hit me that he was trying to enter Y/n's room.
Getting out of my thoughts, I questioned Chishiya on what the code was. "Don't worry about that. I'll let you know when you're in front of the safe." He reaches into his pocket and takes out a small two-way radio. He places it on the table in front of us, wanting me to take it. "I sure hope you're right." With a small hesitation, I grabbed the radio and let him know that I'd take the role to get to the safe."Usagi and Kuina will be on the lookout." Usagi, who wasn't facing us, didn't agree with the plan. "This is too dangerous. They'll kill us if they see us." Chishiya looks at her with a knowing face before looking away. With a deep breath, I faced Usagi and reassured her. "I don't think we have any other choice. Now that Y/n's father is dead, the unity on the Beach is wavering. I think this plan could work for us-" "You do realize this would damage Y/n more, right? There's no way I'm breaking our silent trust like that."
Usagi was right, it felt wrong knowing that this might hurt Y/n even more, but even so, she was in a vulnerable state. That same look... was the same as mine...
Losing somebody close to you hurts and it feels like you're the one at fault, and you feel like you can't cope with your grief and drift to a world of pure depression. Feels like you don't want to live yourself. I know I shouldn't do this, but I can't just stand here and do nothing while the Beach falls apart. I'm sure Y/n understands.. it shouldn't take long for them to get back on their feet, right?
Then again, I had somebody to lift me back up. Y/n doesn't have anyone.

Nobody's POV
"I'm here to tell you, we have a new leader."
In the middle of the Beach Utopia, all the executives, minus Chishiya, were on the second floor to break the news. As people mumbled and asked what happened, Niragi finally told them. "Hatter is no longer with us, and the leader has been chosen." With a smile, he greets, "The new leader is Aguni." The crowd grew even more confused, and fear was present to them. "Everybody shut up!" The people quiet down. "It seems as though Hatter failed in his game. He just couldn't crack it. A vote was taken, and the executive was unanimous, and Aguni was voted as our new Number 1." Half of the crowd searched for the mini Hatter, and once their eyes landed on the figure next to Aguni, more people began to murmur. This, in a way, pleased Niragi. He looks behind him and looks at Y/n.
They were still in an unhealthy state. Their eyes were locked to the floor and showed no emotions but only emptiness. What he didn't see, was that Aguni was holding them from the back, stableling their body.
