Sophie

Sophie woke up early and decided to finish her match packet under Calla's panakes tee. After quickly brushing her hair and slipping into a dark blue tunic and black leggings, she went downstairs.

"What are you doing up so early?" Grady asked, making Sophie squeal.

Sophie turned to face Grady, clutching her match packet to her chest, "I'm going to fill the rest of my match packet out."

Grady's eyes bored into the packet like he was trying to see through the cover.

Sophie held it tighter: "I'll be under Calla's panakes tree if you need me for anything."

Grady nodded, eyes still on her packet as if it held the secrets of the universe. Sophie walked out to Calla's tree and leaned against the braided bark.

Opening the packet, Sophie took out her pencil and began to write. The match packet had a question for every secret or feeling Sophie had ever felt and the farther she got the more precious the packet became. But then she imagined Keefe answering the same questions.

What if he liked Lihn...or maybe even Bianna?

He probably didn't, and that would have to be enough.

She closed her packet after answering the last question.

Who do you want to be on your list?

Keefe Sencen.

Sophie was about to go back inside and hide her packet somewhere, but even Ro wouldn't be able to find it when, "Hey, Blondie!"

Sophie groaned, why did Keefe and Ro have to come at this moment?!

Sophie tried to hide her packet behind her back but Ro snatched it away.

Ro held up the packet: "I can't believe this little piece of paper has all Blondie's secrets!"

Sophie jumped for it, "RO! Give it back!" Ro smirked, "Can I just read one page?" She playfully flipped a page. Sophie desperately turned to Keefe, who had been watching with a smirk, "HELP ME!"

Keefe sighed, "Ro, I don't think Foster will want us back here if you read that. Also, she'll probably get mad and inflict happy feelings on you."

Ro's eyes were trained on a word on the first page but she smirked and dropped the packet in Sophie's hands, "Blondie, Blondie, Blondie. Why didn't you tell me you had already decided?"

"Decided what?" Keefe asked, squinting at both of them. Sophie crossed her arms, her heart beating too fast, "Nothing. I haven't 'decided' anything!"

Ro smirked, "Yes you have Blondie, and I must say...interesting. You've chosen without knowing you've chosen." "Chosen what?!" Keefe interrupted.

"I haven't chosen anything!" Sophie insisted her hands were starting to get sweaty.

Ro shook her head, "No-one can be this oblivious, I figured everything out from the first page."

Sophie glanced at Keefe who was now staring curiously at the packet in her hands.

Sophie sighed, "I'm going to put this away, you guys STAY here."

Ro smirked, "Whatever you say, Blondie."
