"Why didn't you say that in the first place" Asked Becky's Mom after I told her the whole story.
I was sitting on the sofa with Becky on the other end( Of the sofa)
"Well it is the dumbest reason" Becky answered
"And you think lying isn't dumb" Mom backfired
DEFEATING SILENCE
"But at least you came clean and I appreciate that" - Becky's Mom
We smiled
"Wait does that mean I am ungrounded, " Becky said enthusiastically
"What No, you lied to me" the Mom laughed
"Oh come on Mary she said sorry" Mom defended us
We both nodded while looking at Mary( Becky's Mom) with pleading eyes
" You promise never to lie to me again"
"I promise Mom"
"OK fine"
We squealed when we heard that she agreed
Becky ponded on me and pulled me into a tight hug which I gladly responded to with a smile
"Aw you guys are so cute" Mom commented, Becky nodded rapidly while I blushed
Mary scoffed
"Too cute.....come on let's have breakfast," she said and we went to the dining room
Becky kept placing food on my plate and every time I would blush
It's these little moments I fall harder for this girl
Or maybe it is just infatuation
I don't know
Or even care
Just us against the world is enough for me

After our little fight with our parents, we became even closer
We went to school together every morning and went back home together after school
I would make milk tea for her only because I want to prevent her from eating many sweets
We have lunch together with Irin of course
And on weekends we go on ice cream dates
Everything was great
I loved having her around
Being with her makes everything fun
And even after six and a half months of knowing her
Am not fed up
I love having her around
"So do you wanna come," Irin asked
We were currently sitting in the cafeteria having our lunch
Irin was talking about a party hosted by the grade 12's
"But we are writing in a week guys" I argued
"Aw come on Frenky it will be fun," Becky said in my weak voice, her baby voice
She hugged my arm and gave her puppy eyes while pouting
I caressed her squishy cheeks
"Even if I agree I don't think our Mom's will agree"
"We will come up with a plan come on" she shook my arm
