I've been working and working all day. Today's my 17th birthday. I can finally can live on my own in My favorite world.
I'm hoping James doesn't forget my birthday.
I missed getting letters from My parents. They died if you didn't know. I didn't tell anyone because I may have told you this my house was attacked during fourth year and I've been staying with Alice ever since. See my parents died in my 7th year but they were attacked in 4th year the reason to them is still unkown. My friends don't know if all of what I'm saying is true it is.
James comes into the common room with sirius. Alice also walks in and hands me a present "Thanks Alice."
"Oh yeah my mom wrote asking if your going to stay with us." Alice asked
"Tell your mom yeah I'm going to stay for a little while. And Thanks I love it."
I pull out the necklace. A look of terror flashes on Sirius's face. He pulls James out of the portrait hole.
"Are you going to the mauders end of year party?" Alice asked
" I don't know?" I say like a question
"Please!" Alice begged about 20 times
"Fine I'll go." I say "When is it."
"Tomorrow and I can't belive they got permission for this." Marlene says as she came down the Gryffindor girls dorms stairs.
"Where is this party?" I ask
"I belive the room of requirement." Alice says
"Yeah." Says Remus as he enters the room "Lily happy birthday."
"Did Sirius tell you?" I ask
"No! He and James were running around the castle in panic because James found out about your birthday the hard way." Remus laughed "They asked me if I knew about your birthday and I answered yeah. And I think lily You should tell James how you feel about him. To make his year because he's doing the same idea. To make your birthday. "
I told Remus I'll think about it.
I left the common room when a arm pulled me into a corridor. It's Severus
"Well Hello Mudblood." Severus says .
He's doing this because his death Eater friends are waiting and watching to make him a death eater. If I'm knocked out cold then he's going to be made death eater. I just know it.
He shot several spells then I'm crying because the pain hurts so bad. When I'm on the ground Avert comes over and punches me in the eye. Then that does it I'm out cold.
When I wake up I'm in the Gryffindor common room with an ice pack on my eye and my arm hurts This has been the worst birthday ever. "James she's awake!" Alice yelled
"Hey stop yelling." I demand
"Sorry Lily. The hospital wing was full and they told us to bring you here." Alice says
James comes rushing in with his mauder friends. "Well Evans. James and I saved you and we didn't get any detentions for dangling snivillus in that corridor." Sirius says
"Congrats. First time ever right." Alice says
I manage a laugh
James kissed me and says "I really thought you'd be in much more pain. They used some pretty harmful curses on you." James says
"Tougher than you thought."
"Lily, your supposed to take this potion right now." Alice says
It tasted pretty bad
"What do you remember." Remus asked
"Well I remember that I got my arse kicked by Slytherins and that's about it." I answer
"Lily Evans swore!" Sirius yelled
"So what?" I yelled "and please no shouting." I ask
"Can you walk." Alice asked
"I think so, and what day is it." I ask
"5 o'clock you've been out since 3. And today's your birthday." Alice says
I try getting up and walking but with a limp.
"The limp should be gone." Alice says
"Really?" I ask because it's real to me
"This is the worst birthday ever." I say
"Lily, can I talk to alone." James says
"Yeah Sure." He gestures for everyone to leave.
Once they do he says "I love you Lily."
That makes he shocked. I get up and start walking
I'm not sure I'm ready to tell him how I feel for him yet.
