"Gangsters, they're like bloody gangsters." Perrie snapped before biting in to the peanut butter and jelly sandwich that her younger sister made. She was always lazy, ever since I met her.
"It's a stupid color." I mumbled to my mom after she asked why I despised it.
"Colors can't be stupid Lee." Her hands laid on her hips while she stared at the color swatches at Home Depot.
"Well, apparently cats have 9 lives. So in this case, colors are stupid." I paid my attention to a light blue color that she held next to the yellow. "No." I shook my head.
"But lee-lee, I have to find a-" she was cut off by a blonde girl who seemed to hate her job, hated it more than I hated yellow.
"Hi ma'am, do you need any help?". I shook my head but since nobody pays attention to me, she didn't see.
"Yes, my coworker needs a new paint color in the guest room that is becoming a baby room. She needs me to paint it and told me any colors but pink or blue, because they don't know the baby's gender. Leigh, my daughter is trying to help but obviously failed and so yes, we would like some help." She smiled at the nose pierced girl who smiled back. "Oh, and here are the colors I picked out.". She hands her the stupid color and the eh color before watching her to see if she hates it as much as I do.
