As all three of us were sitting at a small café, Ashley suddenly asked something about the paper Andrew was reading. "There's nothing interesting in the paper, right?" Ashley looked over at her brother. Looking at Andrew myself, I tried to look over his shoulder. Andrew blushed lightly before flicking his eyes back to the paper. "I'm not done reading..." Andrew rolled his eyes boredly. "It's been a week. The odds that there is something now are nonexistent." Ashley said closing her eyes. "Just let me finish." Andrew continued reading. "Ugh, I'm bored. How long can we even stay here with no money?" Ashley sighed trying to light the paper on fire. "Technically we have money. We just can't use it without it being suspicious. Plus they have the whole checking ID for every-fucking-thing." I replied leaning on the table. "Like, fuck. We just wanted to stay in a hotel. Why do they need to know who we are. I'm paying upfront, aren't I? So it's not like I'd bail out on them." I rolled my eyes. "Boohoo. The motel is just fine too." Ashley teased. "It's really not... I swear I heard gunshots last night... Or was it just you?" Andrew looked away from the paper and towards his sister. "I haven't shot anything! It was probably (Y/n)!" Ashley pointed at me. "What the fuck Ashley?" I raised a brow at her. My face full of confusion. "Yet." "AH!" "What?" "I think I left my gun back in the room..." Ashley looked nervous. ".....I really wish you'd be less nonchalant about everything all the time." Andrew face-palmed. "Hey now. All three of us can't be constantly shitting ourselves over every little thing!" Ashley glared. "True. Let's just get back to the room before someone breaks in and steals the damn thing." I said standing up. Making our way back to the room, Andrew and I sat on the couch. While Ashley cleaned up her clothes. Let me explain the sleeping arrangements. Both beds are pushed together. Why? Because Andrew wanted to sleep alone and kept having panic attacks. The beds are small so we pressed them together. Ashley by the wall, Andrew in the middle, and I on the edge. Now that is explained let's get back to the now.
Hearing the washer start, leaned closer to Andrew. Of course getting comfy. Seeing an ad pop up for 'ToxiSoda'. "That looks absolutely horrendous." I said giggling slightly. Andrew looked at me slightly and blushed. "Y-yeah. Totally disgusting." He stuttered out. I went to say something, but Ashley popped up and began talking. "All done! You're both welcome." Ashley smiled. "Great. Thanks." Andrew gave her a bored look. "Great job Ash!" I smiled at her. "I'm such a sweetheart! You're both so damn lucky to have me." Ashley said. "Yeah, yeah..." Andrew rolled his eyes. "I cook and I clean, and I'm a feast on the eyes!" She smirked. Rolling my eye I smirked. "Um, you mean I cook and you take the credit." I smiled at her face. She huffed. "That's not true! I cook all the time!" Laughing I wiped a tear from my eye. "I've seen her cooking Ashley." Andrew played along. "No fair! You're both teaming up on me!" Ashley huffed "What do you do anyway? Watch TV all day like a slob!" Ashley pointed a finger at his face. "Knock it off." Andrew slapped her hand away. Changing the channel, the news was on. "We're not going to be in the news, Aaaaandy." Ashley teased. "Ash, I thought you were gonna stop that." I said. Andrew just glared at her. Ashley burst into laughter. "I should've known..." Andrews frown deepend. "Not cool Ash." I rolled my eyes. Ashley glared at me. "You're not included in this Bitch." "Well fuck you too." I looked back towards the TV. "So, what are you going to do about it, Andy?" Ashley smirked at him "Choke me out again, are you? Are you?" "I'm sorry. But, what the fuck?" I looked at the siblings, face full of disgust. "Not like that!" Andrew quickly spoke before getting his composer. "Oh c'mon. I'm kidding! It's all in good fun." She teased. "I thought we were fine..." Andrew glared at her. "We are! I'm just messing around... It's just a nickname. Get over yourself." Ashely looked annoyed. "It's thr one thing I asked of you!" Andrew was fuming "And it's symbolic, dumbass..." "You and your romanticisms! Shove it up your ass!" Ashley yelled out. "I honestly don't know what you were expecting Andrew." I motioned to his sister. "Listen, I'm behaving! What more do you both want? I'm being so good to you!" Ashley crossed her arms. "Are you? Because we're getting the opposite impression here." Andrew glared at her. "Yeah, yeah. You both think I'm so awful, huh?" Ashley practically crawled ontop of both of us. "You wanna see what it's like when I actually misbehave? I could be so much worse. Should I show you both just how awful I really am?" Her face grew dark as she brought her face towards us. "Go for it! Though you're going to find me kess accommodating than Andy." Andrew practically shoved her off both of us. Before I could say anything the TV spoke. "And now to some less important news. One of the quarantined apartments has had a bit of a situation. Nothing major. Just a fire that burned the whole place down. Everybody died! Yes, everybody. A representative of the water company is here with us today. Is there anything you'd like to add?" Suddenly a man pops up on the screen. "Yes. My deepest condolences to the family members of the deceased. This apartment was most definitely not a wholly mismanaged mess better burned to the ground. Therefore it is so sad that this happened. To ease that sadness, we recommend you to try our ToxiSoda! We just rolled out three, new and exciting flavo-" "Excuse me, sir! Something seems to be going wrong with your microphone! I'm sure your mean to sat to drink out trusty BubblyPoply! Which happens to be our sponsor! And it doesn't even make your organs bleed out of your ass, unlike some alternatives... Anyway that was all for now. Tune in again later for more wholesome news to cheer up your day!" The TV cut off. "Hey, uh that was our apartment..Right?" I asked looking at the siblings nervously. "'Was being the correct tense indeed." Andrew sighed. "Did I leave the oven on..?" Ashley asked aloud. "Well it said everyone died." I said. "Well that's great!" Ashley smiled. "Uhh..." "She has a point. If they think everyone died. It means they think we did too. Plus all the evidence and our escape has been destroyed." I said smiling lightly. "I wonder about that...." Andrew looked to be in deep thought. "Hehe! I told you it'll all work out." Ashley smiled proudly. "That still leaves us homeless and just about penniless..." Andrew said seriously. "I still have enough for now. But it would be best to get some more cash." I said back. Digging through my purse and pulling out some cash. "Whatever, things are clearly going to sort themselves out. I'm going to get some sleep! Good night." Ashley said before hopping in the bed. Both me and Andrew continued to watch TV. After I heard Ashley's soft snores I looked at Andrew. "So, are we going to talk about your sister or?" I asked raising a brow. Andrew sighed. "I just don't know what to do. She makes every girl I talk to run away. I mean, yes she is my sister but sometimes she makes me want to kill myself." Andrew rubbed his face. "Well, she hasn't chased me away yet. I'm starting to think she likes me." I smiled at him. He blushed lightly. Getting into deep thoughts.

'Fuck...Why does she have to be like this? If it wasn't for Ashley. I would've asked her out already!"

I sighed. "Hey. Andrew." I shook his shoulders a bit. "H-huh?" His face was flushed. "You good?" "U-uh! Yeah. Yep. Mhm.." he wiped his face. "Listen, I'll be honest. Your sister totally doesn't want you dating. So why not keep a secret relationship?" I said looking in his eyes. Yes, I think he's cute. And it's not like I've had a relationship in a while. "W-what?" His face became more flushed. "Just saying. I'm going to sleep now. Okay?" I smiled sweetly at him. Before he could answer, I kissed his cheek and went to lay on the bed. Falling asleep quite quickly.

I could see all three of us asleep. Me and Ashley on the bed. Andrew on the couch. I could see someone enter. But I couldn't move, or make a sound. It was like I had sleep paralysis. The man took his time coming to each of us and slitting our throats. I could feel the blood rushing out. But I couldn't move to stop it. Then suddenly..

I woke up to Ashley sitting up abruptly in the bed. Gasping and holding her throat. Sitting up myself I start gasping for air. Holding my throat as well. "Did...did you also see it?" I stuttered out, looking at Ashley in fear. She couldn't speak. But she was shaking. She nodded. "A..he...our..." she couldn't make a sentence. I pulled her into a hug and pat her back. "We need to get your brother and get the fuck out." I said looking her in the eyes.
