My heart pounded against my chest so hard everyone in the word could hear. I walked out my door clutching onto my phone with the video up and ready. I walked down the hallway past my sisters room. She was still asleep. Just like her always asleep or always singing opera. I chuckled at my thought trying to cool down. The kitchen was in front of me. I saw my mom sitting at the counter looking at here phone. Facebook I thought. She's always on it in the mornings.

I stepped to were she sat she looked and her smile faded as she saw the worry and the stress in my eyes.

"What's up em?" She asked looking into my eyes clearly consurned.

I pushed my phone in front of here as I hit the play button to the coming out song video. They same video Lissa showed her parents. My watched it and then she looked up as it said "they're gaaaay" with no warning she gave me a huge hug.

"I knew all along I was waiting til you told me." She said as she backed away.
I sighed in relief. I waited til the video ended to finally speak.

"So mum, the reason why I wanted to come out to day was because Lissa has invited me to pride feast. She came out to her parents yesterday and since tomorrow was the first day of pride fest they wanted us to go as a gift in away" I explained trying my best to show I really wanted to go.

"What is it about?" She asked like its nothing.

"Its were all sexuality meet up for this fair thing. There's a color run, concerts, art places, and shops to by shirts!" I explained maybe to exitely.

"I guess you can go. How much is it for tickets?"

"Its $16 for one day each person." I knew everything about it. I knew for about a year when I first saw it.

I looked at her as she reached her purse and grabbed her wallet pulling out two 20s and handing it to me.

"Here you can pay to get in and spend some on a shirt and hat or something" she said smiling.

I looked up very surprised, "THANK YOU!" I hugged her and paced back to my room folding the money. Wow that did way better than I thought. I plumped onto my bed reaching for my phone to tell Lissa.

"This is awesome!" I mubbled looking outside at the palm tree that waved at me.
