Haneul was getting ready for school and was doing her hair, it was Monday so she kind of dreaded it but Naeun is going to pick her up so she got ready quickly and waited for Naeun outside her mansion after biding goodbyes to her parents.

After 5 mins Naeun shows up in a Mercedes Benz pulling up to Haneul. "Yo Han", she said trying to look cool with sunglasses, "tch, it's literally going to rain why are you even wearing sunglasses?", Haneul chuckles, "It's cool duhh🙄", "Okay okay, now drive or else we're going to be late" Haneul laughs at her bestie and drove off to school while listening to Zerobaseone.

After a 20min ride, Naeun drops Haneul at the front gate so she could park the car in the parking lot, of course Haneul waited for her.

She saw a guy, a handsome one to add, struggling from a distance and decided to go and help him. She ran to him and said, "Hii ! Are you lost?", she friendly said, "I think", he said blankly, "Well if you are looking for Rose University, it's that way" she said as she pointed towards the main gate, "Oh thanks", he said that and just walked away which made Haneul confused but shrugged it off since she saw Naeun waiting for her so she ran upto her. "Ohlala who was that guy?" Naeun asks while wiggling her eyebrows, "I don't know I've never seen him before, anyways he's pretty cold so let's just go", Haneul grabbed Eun's hand and walked to their classroom together.

They reached their class, as always it was hella loud, sadly the two girls don't sit together cause they have to sit with the opposite genders, Naeun sits with her boyfriend Gyuvin and Haneul's partner dropped out of school, but her teacher told her that a new student is coming today so she's excited to sit with a new student. Although Eun and Han were not sitting together, Han sat behind Eun so they could still talk, "So the other day when my—" Naeun was about to say something when the bell rang indicating that it's time for class.

"Okay class quiet down please we have a new student here, could you please introduce yourself to the class?" The teacher said to the new student.
"My name's Zhang hao, I'm Chinese-Korean, nice to meet y'all", he said that much and Haneul's eyes widen a little seeing the guy from earlier being their new classmate, "Eun he's the cold guy from the gate !!" Haneul shout-whispered to Naeun's year which made her look at Han weirdly, she was about to say another thing when the teacher spoke, "Pleasure to meet you Zhang hao! You can sit beside....Haneul! Hannie please raise your hand" The teacher said which made Haneul raise her hand hesitantly. Zhang hao bowed to the teacher and sat beside Han. Haneul may be friendly but she's very awkward sometimes and she was not having the silence between her and her deskmate.

"Hello Zhang hao, nice to meet you, I'm Haneul but everybody calls me Han or Hannie" she reached out her hand to Zhang hao only to take it back slowly, "Cool", he said without even looking at her and continued writing on his book, 'Wow rude' Haneul thought. 2 periods have passed but Haneul didn't stop there, she kept talking to Zhang hao and was always asking questions like, "Can I call you Hao?", and other things. But she eventually stopped when the bell rang so which means Lunch time.

"Let's go Hannie" Naeun said standing up from her seat and waiting for Han to finish whatever she was doing, at last Haneul finally stands up and says, "Okay let's go, wait hao do you hav—", she was going to tell hao to eat with them since he probably doesn't have friends but when she turned around, he had already left. 'thats weird' she thought and just shrugged it off and walked to the cafeteria with Eun.

When both of the girls plus Gyuvin reached the cafeteria, a table was surrounded by girls and she DID NOT expect to see who they were surrounding, "Ain't that your deskmate Zhang hao and... Hanbin?" Eun says looking at his direction, "I think?", "Damn it's his first day and he's already popular wow" Eun says before walking to an empty table that was not far away from where hao and hanbin were sitting.

Suddenly hao got up and went to sit beside Haneul which made all of them confused and looked at him weirdly, "Oh sorry, it was too crowded there" he said and continued eating his food. "Ohh, well I see you're already famous dear deskmate" Haneul says, "Tch, they're so annoying ugh", Hao rolled his eyes and looked at Han which made her blush when they had eye contact so she quickly looked away. awkward...

"Ahem* so how do you know hanbin?" Han asked, "childhood friend" he said and kept eating his lunch. 'okayy' Haneul thought and hummed in response. After that both went to different classes.

School was finally over, Eun and Han were heading towards the parking lot when Luna, Junny, Minju, Daniel and Minyoung were there smoking cigarettes.

Here's an introduction to all of them:
Luna- The principal's daughter, a total bitch and bullies the scholar students. Don't get fooled by her looks cause she may be pretty, but she's hell inside.
Junny- The playboy of RU(Rose University), maybe had a one night stand with more than half of the girls here.
Minju- Luna's bestfriend, also a bitch, pick me, her mother owns a company so she's loaded, has a crush on Daniel.
Daniel- a pervert, got caught making out with the homeroom teacher last year, likes Naeun.
Minyoung- Cold af, in the top 5 of RU, his dad and Haneul's dad are business partners, REALLY quiet and maybe the nicest one out of them.

"Oh look, it's my babygirl" Junny said to Haneul, "Fuck off Junny", said Han, the two girls tried to walk away but were trapped by Junny and Daniel. "Get out of our way" Naeun said to Daniel who was blocking her way, "Only if you give me a kiss", "Ew tf, we wouldn't kiss rats", Han said clearly disgusted by them. "Uh what did you call him?", Minju said, "Oh there's another one?", said Naeun, Junny got mad and tried to slap Naeun but got stopped by a hand, he look at his right and saw Kim Gyuvin, Naeun's boyfriend, Sung Hanbin and a guy he didn't know. Seeing Gyuvin angered Daniel so he landed a punch on his face and he fell to the ground, Naeun and Hanbin went to pick him up so did Han but was stopped by Junny pulling her , Zhang hao saw it and pulled Junny's hand away from Han's arm, he held her hand and pulled her behind him glaring at Junny. "Who tf are you?", Junny asked, "None of your business", Hao said and followed the others who were on their way to the infirmary his hands not leaving her's.

At the infirmary

"Is he okay?", Hao said to the others, still holding Han's hand, "uhm you can let go now hao..." Haneul said with a little hesitation, with that he immediately let go of her and looked away. "Yeah I'm fine let's just head home guys", Gyuvin said and stood up, he didn't get hurt that much, just that his lips were bleeding alot.
And with that the 5 of them head towards their own homes after a long day.
