"WHAT?!?", Haneul stood up shouting while looking at her parents, "Honey, calm down it's for the compan—", Haneul's mother says trying to calm her down but got cut off by Haneul leaving the room. Hao just sat there not staring at space not knowing if he heard that right. "I understand this might be alot for her, go after her son", Mr.Zhang said and told Hao to go follow Haneul so he had no choice but to do so.

Haneul stood outside of the mansion with teary eyes trying to find an uber, just then she saw three drunk men who were at the other side of the road coming over to her side but she didn't bother to care until one of them grabbed her wrist and said, "What's a beautiful young lady doing out here all alone?", she was trying to get out of his grip but was too strong, he dragged her but before he could take her to his car, someone snuggled their hand onto Haneul's waist and said, "She's with me", she looked up and saw Hao glaring at the man who pulled her, "Damn keep her safe man, she's one attractive lady", the man said and got into his car with his other three friends.

As Haneul let out a sigh of relief, Hao pulled her and said, "You okay? Did he touch you anywhere?", Haneul pulled away and nodded keeping a distance. "You don't have to pretend to care for me ", She said, "Look, I know you're still mad at me for ignoring you okay? I just—", Hao was about to say something but Haneul cut him off by saying, "Its fine, I know you probably don't have a reasonable reason anyways", Haneul folded her arms feeling a bit cold as she forgot her coat inside the house when she was leaving in a hurry. "It's because I was afraid...afraid I might have a soft spot for you", Hao said while taking off his coat and putting it on Haneul. "I'll drop you off", he said as he pulled her wrist as the two made their way to his car, Haneul didn't stop him this time, infact, she couldn't help but feel flustered at his actions and words.

He opened the door for her and as she got inside he put on her seatbelt which made Haneul widen her eyes of how close their faces were centimetres away from each other, he closed the door after that and got in as well and started to drive off to Park residence. The whole car ride was silent but wasn't that awkward at some point. It was a 16 minute ride from Hao's home to Haneul's so it wasn't that long. When they reached Haneul's house, he got off first and opened the door for her which caught Haneul off-guard not thinking he would be this much of a gentlemen. "Thanks for driving me home", Haneul said as he nodded and smiled. She turned around and walked slowly to the front door not knowing Hao was watching her until she got inside safely.

Haneul let out a big sigh the moment she closed the door and leaned on it, "What's happening",  She questioned herself why this old feeling was back, whatever it is she didn't like it but why was he like a whole different person from what he was like 8 hours ago, Haneul sighed and rubbed off the thoughts and decided to do her usual night routine and sleep as it had been a long and exhausting day.

The sound of the alarm ringing continuously next to her ear which annoyed her as she was having the time of her life sleeping, she reached out for it and turned it off, before she woke up, she prayed first and then got out of bed to do her usual morning routine. After showering and getting ready for school she slowly walks down the stairs hoping her parents would not be there because of the scene she made last night.

Luckily, her parents already left for work so she sighed in relief and ate her breakfast and called Naeun to tell her she's ready. In less than 10 minutes, Naeun honks her car in a way to tell Haneul that she's here and she ran out of her house. She was about the sit on the passenger's seat but saw Gyuvin smiling like an idiot so she rolled her eyes and got in the back seat. And then, Naeun went the other way which made Haneul confused and say, "Naeun you high or something?", "No you idiot we're picking up Hao so y'all could break that awkward and ignorant atmosphere of you two", Naeun says while glaring at Haneul through the mirror and chuckled at her face as Haneul widened her eyes like crazy.

Haneul hasn't told Naeun what happened last night with the marriage shit but did tell her about what happened that day.
"Wait! This dimwit knows?!", Haneul said and flicked Gyuvin's forhead and then looks at Naeun, "He's the one who told me you were a bit weird that day so that's why I called you, and did you forget I tell my boyfriend everything?", Naeuns says while trying to focus on the road, "Oh right, there's no secret between us three", Haneul side eyes Gyuvin and scoffed when she saw him roll his eyes.

Just then Naeun stopped the car and Hao got in beside Haneul, she felt a little bit uneasy and avoided his eyes, "Hanbin is not coming?", Haneul says trying to break the silence in the car, "He's always early", Hao says to which Haneul nod. Then the four reach their university and walked to class together.

"So what are you going to do?", Hao whispers to Haneul in the middle of the lecture, "About what?", Haneul furrowed her eyebrows, "The marriage", Hao said to which Haneul responses with an 'O' shaped with her mouth and just shrugged not knowing how to answer that, Hao chuckled and says, "Think about it, I already accepted it and it—", "YOU ACCEPTED IT?!", Haneul whisper-shouts to Hao and the both had a long eye contact moment for a while until they were called out by the teacher to read what she was reading, the two clearly had no idea and the teacher told them to sit down and listen properly this time and they both laughed about it the whole time.

Haneul was now at home drying her hair since 6th and 7th period was cancelled and all the students went home early, she decided to go downstairs since she was hungry, praying that her mom and dad won't be there, she tiptoed to the kitchen and opened the fridge, found some snacks and grabbed it, she accidentally closed the door by force and a loud sound was heard, 'shit', she cursed at herself for doing that.

Just then she hears her mother saying, "Haneul?", "Yes.. Mom?", she replies nervously, "Come sit with us for a moment", her mom shouts from the living room, '*Sigh* I guess I have no choice', she thinks to herself and went sat at the opposite of the parents. "So about the marriage, have you made your decision yet?", her mom says holding her hands in the most pleading way possible, Haneul looked down not knowing how to answer that, "Do it for you me..please sweetheart?", her dad says, she looked up at her dad and felt guilty to refuse this so she finally makes her decision.
"Yes... I'll do it."
