Chapter 1 - First Day

Chandy's POV

I'm here sa may locker ko. Ilalagay ko lang yung kinuha kong schedule card ko sa Principal's Office. Hinihintay ko rin si Cheska and Liza, ang tagal naman nila. Sabagay, the time is only 7:30 A.M., ang pasok namin is 8:30 eh. I'm already 15 years old. And I am now in grade 9.

"Hey Girl!" I heard Cheska's voice, hinanap ko kung asan siya, andun pala siya sa labas ng Girls' C.R., kagagaling niya lang ata dun. Lumapit naman ako sa kanya.

"Hi! Asan si Liza? Hay nako. Yung babae talagang yun ang bagal bagal kumilos. Haha!" Tumawa rin siya sa sinabi ko.

"Hahaha! By the way, anong section ka?" Tanong sa akin ni Cheska.

"Uhm. 9 - Diamond SSC. Ikaw?" Tanong ko sa kanya. Malay mo kaklase ko nanaman pala siya.

"Haha! As always, SAME!" She shouted the word same, kaya ang raming tumingin sa amin nag-sorry naman siya. "Oops! I'm sorry guys." Haha. Ang OA kasi eh.

"Cheskaaa! Chandyyy! I'm here naaaa! Oh my gosh! I missed you both." Bigla na lang sa amin lumapit si Liza at hinug kami. Haha! Ang OA! As if hindi kami nagkakasama nung summer, eh halos araw-araw nga kami nagha-hang out eh.

"Tss! Ang OA naman nito ni Liza! Akala mo naman di nagkakasama nung summer. Hahaha!" Natawa kami sa sinabi ni Cheska. Haha! Totoo naman kasi eh.

"Ito naman si Cheska! Che! Don't me huh! Bleh! Hahaha!" Natawa naman ako kay Liza. Ang cute niya eh. Hahaha!

*Kring Kring Kring*

Tumunog na yung bell. 8:00 A.M. na eh! Dapat nasa loob na kami ng classroom. Ano kayang section si Liza?

"Liza, anong section ka?" Tanong ko sa kanya.

"Uhm. Uh. Wait. Tingnan ko dito sa sched. card ko.. hmm.. Diamond SSC." Sabi niya.

"Great! Sabay sabay na tayo, magkaka-klase naman tayo eh. Let's go?" Sabi ko sa kanila.

"Gora na!" Sabay nilang sabi, at pumunta na kami sa classroom namin.

*Inside Our Classroom + About Stanford Academy*

Konti lang ang kaklase namin, 20 students lang kasi ang every classroom, 10 boys and 10 girls, in every grade or year level, only 80 students are accepted with 90+ grades. The school has 4 sections in every grade or year level. Your grade should be 90+ to enroll in this school. The school also has expensive tuition fees. Pero sulit naman kasi they have great quality of teaching the students. The extracuricullar activities are also active and fun. The events and programs are very successful in this school. The students are also disciplined. The teachers are smart and sometimes they are over-qualified. Standford Academy is the name of our school, Mr. Ford Padilla Sr. and Mrs. Stanley Padilla is the owner, that's why it is called Stanford.

We sat at three empty seats, and talked about girly things.

Until our adviser, Ms. Charade Dizon, came in. We are gonna introduce ourselves today in every subject. The first week of school is our Orientation, that means, still no lessons, we still can have fun.

"Next is Ms. Barretto, please come here in front, and introduce yourself." Ms. Charade said. Tapos na pala magpakilala yung boys. Pumunta naman si Cheska sa unahan and introduced herself.

"Hi everyone! My name is Francheska Barretto, you can call me Cheska, 15 years of age, I like reading novels, and eating ice cream." At bumalik na siya sa upuan niya.

"Next is Ms. Bernardo, please introduce yourself." Ms. Charade said. Pumunta na ako sa front and introduced myself.

"Hi everyone! Good morning! How are you today? By the way, I'm Chandria Bernardo, just call me Chandy, 15 years of existence, I like velvet and cheese flavored cakes or cupcakes, most of my favorite foods, have cheese in it. I love cheese. And I also like reading novels, like Cheska and Liza, which are my best of friends. That's all about me. Thank you." Haha! Btw, hindi po ako mahiyain, hindi kagaya ni Liza na super shy type.

Ang rami pang tinawag bago si Liza tawagin, alphabetically kasing tinawag eh.

"Please come in front Ms. Soberano, and introduce yourself." Halatang nahihiya pa siyang pumunta sa front nung tinawag siya ni Ms. Charade. Haha! Ang cute talaga niya.

"Uhm. H-hi guys! I'm Liza Soberano, you can call me by my first name, Liza, I'm 15 years old. And I like strawberries. I also love reading novels, like my best friends. Uhh.. That's all." Haha! Ang cute niya talaga.

After 123456789 years.

*Kring Kring Kring*

Break time na. Haha! There are 2 different places para kumain ng snacks. Sa Cafeteria and sa Food Plaza (also known as Food Court), pero mas sanay kaming sa Cafeteria kumain ng snacks, all our snacks are paid na kasi kasama na sa tuition fees. Kaya kahit gaano karaming food ang gusto namin. Pwede. Haha!

By the way, we also have 3 guy friends, which is Ford, the son of the owner of our school, he's also smart, but I get angry and I hate him because of his attitude. Iñigo, the gentleman, is Cheska's boyfriend and our guy friend. And Quen, the cassanova one, but he is seriously courting Liza, although he still kisses and flirts with other girls. That's why Liza is still not sure if she's gonna say Yes to him. But she likes Quen, and Quen also likes Liza.

Hinintay namin sila Ford, classmates naman namin sila kaya lang may kinuha sa lockers nila. Umupo muna kami sa official table namin ng Diamond. Every section has an official seat here at the Cafeteria and the Food Plaza. But only few people go here at the cafeteria, that's why it's very peaceful here, this is a four-walls room, while the Food Plaza is open. Which means outside.

We like to go here at the Cafeteria, because we can eat peacefully and quietly, and we can share secrets here, without anyone hearing it. Sa section nga namin kami lang ang andito eh. Tapos may iba rin na students, but mabilis lang sila dito, kasi dun sila sa Food Plaza kumakain dito lang kumukuha ng Snacks or Food kasi walang pila.
