I arrive on earth near a tower and some other very tall building; I find myself next to Thor, and some other people. Quickly he introduces me to them and says that they are the Avengers. Captain America-the man from TV in the red, white, and blue uniform is stunningly handsome with light brown hair and bright blue eyes; Black Widow or Natasha Romanoff who looks like a sassy redhead and a man with a bow and arrow called Clint, or Hawkeye. Iron Man, or Tony Stark is flying around trying to destroy as many of the aliens as possible, and there is a large green beast named Hulk smashing through buildings.

"Where's Loki?" I ask,

"Up there," and Natasha points to the deck of a building that says Stark on the side of it, "what's your plan?" she asks me.

"Thor, have you been up there yet, what is he doing?" I ask Thor.

"He had Clint under some kind of mind control spell, as well as a scientist friend named Dr. Selvig. They have the Tesseract and are using it to hold open the portal for the Chitauri to come through." Thor tells me. For the sake of the others he offers a brief explanation, "The Tesseract is an infinity stone and contains unlimited power for that one who would yield it. The Tesseract belongs back on Asgard in Odin's vault."

I look to Thor and tell him that we need to get up there, and by no means is anyone other than Thor or myself to do anything to Loki, or the Tesseract. Everyone can destroy as many of the Chitauri, but Loki needs to be left to Thor and me.

"You better hurry, it looks as though the Hulk has plans of his own" Clint says.

Thor grabs me, and swings Mjolnir upward and we land on the deck of the tower. As we land, I can see that Loki is being tossed around like a rag doll by the Hulk and doesn't see us yet. I conjure a shield, just like I learned from Strange and encase Loki in the orange orb, freezing him in mid air. The green beast stops and can't figure out what has happened. He tries to swing Loki to the ground, but cannot move him, cannot grab him, and each time he tries to touch the orange shield he gets a shock.

"Loki," Thor yells, "you need to stop this madness, NOW!" Loki is not quite sure what has happened. Once he realizes that the Hulk cannot grab him he notices that he is encapsulated in an orange ball of protection and floating in mid-air, he can't move beyond the orange ball. He turns and looks at Thor and the sees me standing next to him and realizes that I am the one who put in him the shield.

"F/N!" he exclaims, "What are you doing here? Help me."

"We are saving your ass," I tell him.

"Thor, I need to release Loki, but I need to make sure that the Hulk won't grab him. Can you get him out of here?" I tell him. Thor looks to me as if he is not certain he wants to leave me alone with Loki yet; he's not quite sure that Loki won't betray us. I give Thor a look that lets him know that I will take care of this.

Thor distracts the Hulk as they both jump off the tower and onto the back of some large beast as it winds its way through the city. They both begin to smash the aliens, and destroy the large one they are on.

I release Loki, and he falls to the floor exhausted and injured. I run over to him, and bend down to hug him.

He sits up and holds me for the longest time. He pulls back and stares at me, and touches my face, and runs his hand through my hair. He can't believe this is happening, and he seems to have forgotten about the chaos outside-the chaos he caused.

"F/n, I had a dream about you last night, you came to me, and were going to save me but were interrupted by someone else." Loki says. "You're here, you're really here?"

"It wasn't a dream Loki, I was there, I am here now, and I was going to come back and get you today, but I saw what has happened with you, Stuttgart, here," I pause, "what exactly are you doing here?"
