milieu ; he's on that damn computer again, as he sorted something on his computer, I laid in bed, wondering when he's gonna get off that computer.

"Are you gonna take a break anytime soon? You've been staring at that all day." I hunched in annoyance.

"I'll finish this in a bit." That's what he said an hour ago, eversince he's been on that 'tube' - he's always been overworking himself.

"That's what you say all the time, I don't get it. I know you recently got on the news and shit - but have you ever thought about me for even a second?"
I snapped at him.

As I argued, his phone rang, he picked it up and it was one of his client, I mean, ofcourse it is. Everything he does always has to be work-related shit.

"Shuchi, is it? I'm calling to inform we have an important meeting by the office tomorrow about your recent case." The man on the other line greeted.

"Oh, yes. I'm having my eye on this problem I'm trying to tackle - I'll discuss further in the upcoming meetings." Shuichi replied.

After a couple of minutes of them talking business, Shuichi finnaly hung up the phone. "Look, honey, I'm busy - can we not do this today?"

"You always are." I countered.

"Fuck, I don't know why you just couldn't fucking underst-" As he said that, you couldn't help but flinch. He didn't raise his hands to you, he didn't have bad intention, yet you couldn't help but feel alarmed.

"Honey?" He said with a worried expression. He came closer, and quickly wrapped his arms around you, making you snuggle up to his chest.

"I..I'm sorry I snapped at you, sweetheart. I'm just really stressed and I knew it wasn't an excuse for my behaviour. Can I make it up to you?" He said with emphaty all across his face.

Shuichi has always been a gentle and pleasent person, as soon as bad things happens, he does anything in his power to somehow fix it. He's always been a gentlemen - sounds like the bare minimum, but it means a lot in every way.

"Sorry, I was just a bit shocked by your sudden reaction." I apologized.

"Sweetie, that's nothing to apologize for. It's fine, really. I'm just glad that you're okay." He starts rubbing the back of my body as he hugged me, caressing me softly.

"All my attention is yours now." Shuichi said as he pulled you tighter into his arms. The night ended lovely between you both.
