Blair Wood had just come home from her photo shoot, she lived in an apartment with her boyfriend. when she walked in, she heard disturbing noises coming from the bedroom. she knew what was going on, she didn't want to walk in, and she was scared because she knew she was right. She didn't want to be heartbroken by the guy she thought was the one, the guy she thought she was going to spend the rest of her life with.
once she got the courage to walk into the bedroom, she didn't know how to react, she knew what they were doing but she didn't want it to become a reality. "it's not what it looks like, I swear!" Austin said. "then what is it? cause it looks like you were just having sex with the girl you told me 'not to worry about' Austin!" Blair yelled she was about to cry at this point, and the girl, who was standing awkwardly, put her clothes back on and left the apartment.
"I thought you loved me," Blair said while crying, austin just stood there, "I do love you Blair" he replied "If you loved me then none of this would've happened in the first place!" she shouted while crying. he stayed silent, "how long?" Blair asked "How long what?" he asked "How long have you been seeing her?" she replied. "a couple of months" he mumbled. this time she was the one to stay silent, more tears were streaming down her face by now.
"I'm leaving," she said to him, she started going around the room picking up things that would last her a couple of nights, "where are you going," he asked, "I don't know, somewhere away from you though." she replied. "you're probably gonna go fuck matt, right?" Austin said "fuck you Austin" Blair replied. he walked out of the room leaving Blair alone. Blair started crying, she didn't know what to think, her now ex-boyfriend just accused her of going to sleep with her ex, who is also one of her friends, matt. after she finished, she walked out of the room only to be greeted by Austin who was sitting on the couch, "I'm sorry" Austin said, "sure you are" Blair scoffed, before she left she turned around and looked at Austin, "I'm breaking up with you" she announced as she walked out of the apartment.
Blair did know where she was going, as she was driving she had tears streaming down her face. once she got to the house she knocked on the door. her brother opened the door, once he saw her face he grew worried, "what happened?" Chris asked she wasn't able to get any words out all she could do was cry. Chris pulled her into a hug and held her there for a few minutes until she pulled away from her older brother. they walked inside the house and sat on the couch. Chris looked at her tear-stained face.
"are you going to tell me what happened now?" he asked worried about what was going on with his sister, "He cheated on me," Blair said as tears fell to her cheeks. the house was quiet other than Blair crying "Where's Mel and the baby?" she asked with dried tears on her cheeks. "she's at her friend's house" Chris answered "Oh" she said.
Chris was mad, he had trusted Austin with his sister, and he broke that trust. Chris couldn't say anything. he felt bad for his sister but he didn't exactly know what to say. Blair had finally cried herself asleep on the couch, once Chris saw that she had fallen asleep, he got up and left the house.
he finally made it to his destination, but he didn't think through his plan. One minute he was at his car and the next he was standing in front of the door. he knocked on the door waiting for someone to answer. Austin opened the door when he did that Chris punched him in the face. "that's for cheating on my sister" Chris said, then he left. Austin stood there holding his jaw, he didn't know how to react. before Chris left he turned around to face Austin one more time "fuck you" Chris yelled. Austin went back into the apartment contemplating everything that happened not too long ago. he realized he regretted everything. 'why did I cheat?' he asked himself.
Blair had awoken from her nap by a door slamming shut. "where were you?" Blair asked, Chris didn't reply. Blair opened her phone to many notifications from her friends saying that they were 'sorry for her' and asking 'what happened'. She was confused about what they were talking about until she saw many articles saying that she and Austin had broken up.

after spending almost a year together the young couple have broken up. earlier today an unknown girl was seen walking out of the couple's shared apartment. soon after Blair Wood was seen walking out of the building crying. many people have speculated that Austin was caught cheating on Blair. is it just a break or has the couple broken up? or is this just a rumor? do you think Austin cheated?
as Blair looked at the article all she wanted to do was cry but she had no tears left to cry, she was numb. all Blair wished was that she never met Austin at all 'if I never met him then maybe none of this would've happened' she thought to herself. "hey, I gotta go to work I'll be back later" Chris told her. "okay" Blair replied with sadness in her voice. "it will get better don't worry" Chris said as he gave her a worried smile as he left.

Chris had thrown a small gathering filled with family and friends, Austin was one of the guests at the party, and Chris had met Austin on the set of 'The Carrie Diaries a couple of years back. at the time, Blair was with Matt. Austin and Blair had first met at the party, they became friends quickly. the whole time Matt, Blair, and Austin talked to each other. they were all happy. Chris wasn't really happy that Blair was talking to Austin, he didn't like how Austin looked at her, Chris was just being the overprotective brother. the night was filled with laughter between them.
PRESENT
Blair wanted to erase that event from her life, just because of him. but then she didn't want to forget all the good memories they shared, maybe she didn't want to forget him completely. She still loved him and that love for him would never go away even if she hated him with her guts right now. She didn't understand why he cheated, she truly thought he loved her. 'why' she thought to herself. she hated being alone with her thoughts, it sucked. 'maybe one day we'll be together again' she again thought to herself. "one day" she repeated.
