In love's shadow, we once did dwell,
But now it's time to bid farewell.
Being the bigger person, we will find,
Strength to let go, leave the past behind.
Though it hurts, we'll choose to release,
For love shouldn't cause pain, but bring peace.
Being the bigger person, we will find,
The courage to move on, leave it all behind.
With grace and kindness, we'll set them free,
Knowing that it's what's best for you and me.
Being the bigger person, we will find,
New beginnings, where our hearts can truly shine.
