I was walking down the hall to my father's office. my maid woke me up and told me that I had to be in my father's office in 10 minutes for what?

I don't know, which scares me because I don't go to his office unless to am grounded or get yelled at because I decorate too much for Christmas.

Now that I think of it, I did go all out this year for Christmas, the whole house has been decorated there is a big tree downstairs in the living room there are little trees in the hallway. As I get closer my heart starts to race my footsteps are loud so he knows I'm coming soon I'm at the door and have my hand on the doorknob when the door suddenly opens and I fall inside

I look up to meet a kid no older than 6 "Opps" her little voice says "I found her" She points her finger at me I hear people chuckling and a woman laughing

"come here, Mallory." I hear a guy's voice that I don't recognize the kid named Mallory runs in that direction

"I here bro," she says my father comes into view and helps me off the floor that I forgot that I was on

I look around the room to meet 2 guys a female and a kid I don't recognize i look at my father and raise an eyebrow

He looks at me and nods "Sn.." I cut him off "Father" I give him my don't do that look and he again nods "Neva this is the Russo family."

A guy my father's age stands up along with the rest of the family "Hi Neva I'm Maxwell and this is my wife Juliet and my 2 kids Elijah and my princess Mallory." The little girl heard her name and waved her little hand at me

I sit in my chair in the corner well Russo family sits on the big couch next to me Elijah is still holding Mallory Mallory is holding his suit that he has on it black suit like the other man and my father everyone has a serious face on but Mallory she just smiling at me

"Father can you tell me" I say getting impatient

Father nods at me and looks at Mother "Neva you always wonder why you have a guard with you when you go out and how they are all over the house while it's time we tell you why." Mother said
